Now I'm s9 laughing at those who say its Izanami ripoff which thay is not true. This chapter just made me respect Mayuri even more. Thattimewhenhe mentioned that sword attacks dont work on him and there after trolling Toshiro when he used a his leg to attack, that was damn awesome!
If I remeber correctly Szayel Apollo was defeated the same way, that drug that made you have superhearing man and make you able to listen to listento waves below the audiable range. The question we shoukd be asking all ourselves should be when and how did Mayuri administer that drug, it can't be through Nemu this time.

Everybody complaining about Inazami and how it's a rip-off from Naruto should at least be cultured enough to admit that Inazami wasn't a very original power to begin with. It's not like that type of power is patented by Kishi.

I think he administered the drug when toshiro tried to knee him. He was clearly baiting him into doing so and even said as much
