I was hoping for some explanations on the thausends of questions we had on Unohanas Zanpakutou/Bankai.
Not in the mood for new theories. (Especially not on another Ichigo power-up and transformation)

Anyway, it wasn't bad. Though I don't really like the fact that there is a possibility Ichigo might just become a hybrid of almost every race

I don't like what's currently happening with unohana, but it was an outstanding chapter nonetheless. Now i cannot wait to see who IS zaraki's zanpakuto.

Lol personally I never understood why people complain about the power levels in this manga. I mean take a look at one of the most influential and best manga's out there Dragonball Z. No one cared the in the span of a few chapters the tide switched back and forth between the good and the bad guys. It was good that one side didn't just completely overpower the other. At least Bleach gives us a few months worth of chapters before another power up. It keeps the manga alive. I agree it's crazy but I don't agree that it's not necessary. And to quote a famous saiyan "power levels are bullshit" anyway. Watch them still get their asses handed to them. If the shinigami are powering up and training I'm sure Juha-Bach isn't just chilling on his throne being waited on hand and foot. He retreated when the Zero Squad was showing up for a reason, he's back there figuring out a plan to beat them too. Kubo may power up to ridiculous levels, Ichigo, Renji, and Kenpachi, but he's gonna make the fights interesting.

My favorite character Zaraki. AKA the 2nd Strongest Captian (First being the hawian shirt dude) Gets a Slight power up.. (his power up being that he unleashes his full killing intent.) but NOW! HE ABOUT TO GET HIS SHIKAI/BANKAI!? OH GAWD! :crazy: I got to go guys... I feel a fanboyish mode coming on *Fanboy mode activate*

I don't like that now that Unohana was finally fully "revealed" she is killed. :/ One of my favourite characters from the manga.

Interesting so ichigo was not chosen because his quincy powers were overpowering his shinigami powers that is one scary dude now if he can learn how to make them both work together instead of one power supressing the other.

I haven't said this in a while but probably one of the worst chapters so far, the only decent thing to come out of this was Zaraki gaining Shikai...

Now onto that task Ichigo and Renji had to do...is it me or does it seem like Kubo is starting to favor Renji now I mean he's being hyped up surviving a blow from a royal guard and even accomplishing all these tasks just seems a little bad writing by Kubo considering Renji was KO'd from a dropkick to now he's suddenly becoming OP.

Well what a waste of Ichigo's progress my guess he's going to learn so BS Quincy stuff, when that was the perfect opportunity to bring back Zangetsu...well anyway I don't see the point in why Ichigo was brought to the Royal palace...anyone else? what in all seriousness did he gain from it.

I think all he got was being healed right? ah more disappointed that this chapter seemed like a plot failure just to add Quincy powers when Ichigo should continue with his Shinigami powers...

And if I even see Ichigo discarding Zangetsu for a bow I think I may just stop reading Bleach...

Anyway super hyped for Zaraki's Shikai and possibly Bankai.

Disappointed in the way Kubo is developing both Ichigo and Renji.

2/5 this week hopefully it'll get better next week but I have my doubts.

Well I won't believe Unohana is dead until it's confirmed by another character or something..this is Kubo after all.

I figured this would end with Kenpachi awakening his shikai (why is there talk of bankai already guys? he's not going to have bankai right off the bat). I have had a theory for a long time that Kenpachi's zapakuto would end up being a kido type because it would end up changing the 11th squad's view on it, Kenpachi would have to get over his own prejudices and Yumichika would get to a point where we wouldn't have to hide his shikai anymore (I mean his real shikai is OP as f*ck, he needs to actually use it).

The part with Ichigo and Renji was interesting. That moment that Bleach actually says that Ichigo sucks xD Well I can't say I'm surprised that his strength lies with something other than his shinigami powers. Ichigo is better than Renji overall though, lets not forget which one never wins a fight xD

It's always annoyed me that Ichigo hasn't spent more time developing his shinigami powers. He should have been in his inner world already, right after gaining his powers back but of course he hasn't done that. He always has to have someone hold his hand and tell him what to do. Come on now. And I blame that for the GT spam we get all the time, if he actually tried he could probably use multiple techniques.

Anyway, decent chapter. Time to move on though, these last few chapters have been a lot of the same, not to mention predictable, at least with the KenUno stuff.

Now what? Kenpachi is going to learn Bankai? And on top of that Ichigo would have to get stronger than Kenpachi with Bankai? Jesus, the power levels are so broken I don't even know what to say.

Shunsui logic: Here I have a strong warrior capable of defeating Stirnritter members without a problem. I also have the strongest Shinigami we have in addition go being our best medic. Common sense dictates I should put these two in a fight to the death, thus killing off our best medic and what would have been our second strongest captain (after Zaraki powered up).....

Kubo: describes her as genuine elegance and says she is entering the battlefield: Doesn't enter the battlefield and while there are moments of grace she ends up more like being Zaraki....where was her thousands of sword styles :T_T:

If you didn't catch on...Unohana is my favorite captain...well was :T_T:

Even just being able to communicate with his zanpaktou will make Zaraki strong enough. They used to weaken each other because Zaraki couldn't hear his zanpaktou screaming. Zangetsu explained this when Ichigo fought Zaraki. Now that he can hear it it means they're no longer diminishing each other's power. This in itself raises Zaraki's power immensely. Not to mention the abilities that'll come along with knowing his zanpaktou's name. Zaraki is already buffed up well beyond what he needs to be.

There need not be any talks of Bankai.

I agree. Plus have we forgotten that the Sternritter can steal Bankais? Kenpachi is really just going to get a nice shiny sword instead of his current scratched up one. :-D

I think Ichigo will learn to use his Quincy powers, and use it to put zangetsu back together, after all Quincies do pull in reiatsu, instead of radiating it like other spiritual beings.

So, he'll get unlimited reiatsu, Blut powers, and probably we'll see HIchigo back again. All in all, a mish-mash of lots of spiritual beings :L

So I know that there have been a Lot of mixed reactions from this chapter, but I for one give it a 5/5. I know Unohana dying was something that did Not need to happen, but I suppose it was more beneficial to go through that fight in order for Zaraki to finally hear his Zanpakuto. I am soo stoked to see where this leads for Zaraki, I literally got goosebumps while reading this chapter ^.^

As for Ichigo, I got pretty pissed. It was funny seeing my mood change from excitement, to shock, to complete anger. (Believe me, people were staring seeing as I am in class right now ^^") I don't understand why Kubo made it so that Renji passed and Ichigo failed, a little stupid IMO. At the end, I can't help but wonder about what he really meant, with Ichigo having to go back to his roots... I really didn't mind the idea of Ichigo having Quincy origins at first, but now I'm getting kinda iffy. I still don't mind it, but I reallllly prefer the Shinigami/Hollow/Vizard route over anything else. I'm worried that Kubo is basically stirring all these powers into one big pot and giving them to Ichigo, because it's getting a little ridiculous.

Though I'm not gonna lie, I love it when main protagonists have awesome powers and are the most powerful in the series....I'm really keen on that stuff....

Altogether, this chapter was a success for me. Yes there were disappointing moments, but it's okay, because it'll get better
