Yes, but Soi fon's shikai is a 2 hit kill, whilst her Bankai can potentially be a 1 hit kill.

I guess Unohana is not going to be fighting anytime soon, at this point it doesn't look like she has to. Juha spent most of the chapter making a 'I'm-about-to-get-raped-face'. Is he really the final villain? If he is then it is only a matter of time before he pulls something out of his ass, his final holy form perhaps.
Looks like Toshiro getting his bankai taken was a good thing since he wouldn't be able to use it now anyway.
