The chapter was o.k. but for the 500th chapter is was actually disappointing. He should have done something special to mark the occasion.

For example, if indeed that was Grimmjow, then he should have revealed him today, would have got everyone excited and it would have been perfect to mark the 500th chapter.

well yeah kubo give 100% for the character when he drew them, but give 0% for background art

Oda from one piece give 100% for both character and background
while kishimoto give 50 % for character and 50% background,

so that's explain why character in bleach is so well drawn

All of Kubo's characters look the same :|. The only difference is hairstyle.
I can't believe you gave kubo a 100% character design.
