Think the best word I can come up with to comment on this weeks rendition is "TROLLED".

To think that sealing a Bankai would be slightly extreme but to "steal" it entirely? This has me thinking though. Stealing ones Bankai would surely involve stealing the sword spirit as well? Would this also answer the question about why Ichigo's couldnt be stolen in that he doesn't (as far as we know) have his sword spirit since for all intents and purposes, Zangetsu was lost.

This chapter felt intense, my heart was beating the entire time reading.
All hope is lost! The Quincy's have stolen their ultimate weapons! It makes sense though since Quincy's can absorb spirit pressure and when they bankai they release massive amounts of it. Now this leaves the question, whether or not their bankai's will be used against them. That was a pretty cocky strategy the Captains came up with, expecting to just unseal their bankai's like that. They couldn't have come up with a better plan than that? Like releasing tainted reishi around the Soul Society.
Aw man I just know at least one of the captains is going to die, it better not be Suì-Fēng.
I gave this chapter a five even though it was just another set up chapter, although this chapter did have a plot twist.

Also I think it is important to note that the sacrifice bankai's were the ones we've already seen plenty of times, expect Suì-Fēng's. It makes me wonder if it will even be possible to see Kyoraku's and Ukitake's bankai's. Last week's chapter gave me so much hope, this week's chapter curve stomped on that hope.

i think that Kyoraku's, Ukitake's and Unohana's bankais are stronger than Ichigo's bankai, so their bankai shouldn't get stolen and of course same with Yamamoto of course

it's easy, they wanted to know how EXACTLY do quincies seal those Bankai, that's why Byakuya did it, but i wonder why the hell didn't he let Renji do it, or is Renji's bankai now stronger than Byakuya's? O_O i don't think so

SMH Quincys are being overpowered by stealing the Bankai's just perfect remind you people they still have Kido and Bakudo spells however I would say this three out of the 12 captains do not need to use Bankai unlike the others not counting the old man cause we know he doesn't need his Bankai too kill anyone. I will say its time for the Vizards too make there appearance soon along with Yoruichi, Kisuke and Isshin to make their appearance real soon well maybe not Kisuke or Isshin since likely they will help Ichigo but Yoruichi will aid Soi-fong and the Vizards will aid the other shinigami.
