I liked the chapter actually I just hope this one works out...

Anyone think the dude in the end is mad scientist captain? Probably turn put that that pendant retains some signature from ichigos reiatsu... Who knows... I mean I can't see him passing up the chance to experiment on a human-shinigami-hollow which is exactly what ichigo was (maybe he brings back his powers)... I say this for 2 reasons...

when the last arc ended mad scientist was mentioned... hanging out alot in hueco mundo...

Kubo mentioned that the next arc would be about mad scientist...

Also people are complaining about this chapters pace... (such is your right) but look at it this way... a huge development has happened and there has been a time skip... A few things have to be explained... I like this... if it's good and fun... maybe we can just pretend the arrancar arc never happened!

Kudo needs to stop making a joke of bleach.
Seriously...a new arc about a lost medal of ichigos. We just saw are new villain? Ichigo's gonna realize that "oh gosh, i lost my only proof!" and 100 chapters blabering about how ichigo has to go throught all these obstacles to get that medal back?
Why does that guy at the end looks like aizen? That "face" are the "villain's" faces in kudo's world? Every main villain going to look like aizen? What a failure.

This chapter was 20 pages of filler crap about "blah blah I have a normal life now yay" and one page actually dealing with the new arc(and that is the very last page which announces the title of the arc).

As for my predictions, WHY HAVEN'T WE HEARD ABOUT AIZEN'S MARVELOUS PLAN TO DESTROY SS FROM PRISON YET?
Oh come on, we all know it's coming.

So this guy has a badge too.
If i remember righ, ukitake said they have not given those badges to anyone for a long time (unless given in secret). Yet he looked young.

The chapter was ok i guess, for being a startup for the new arc.

maybe it was just recently given to him to keep and eye on ichigo but u never alot of people in bleach look WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY younger than they really r

I'm kinda late but enjoyed that whole chapter really got me into the whole bleach commin back because it would be so boring if they did this whole thing on ichigo being human and doin stuff

Ichigo said the barrier that hid the badge from normal sight had faded away, showing that the pendant had become a useless reminder of his shinigami powers.


I thought it was a good chapter overall. I'm hoping that Kubo relaxes a little bit with the story now and takes it slow and really develops a good story. Its been constant fighting for like the past 200 chapters so it would be nice to see some solid character development and storyline.


Something I thought was interesting was the second to last page. When the badge is going into the new person's bag, the way its drawn looks like a mouth eating it. Could just be coincidental, but maybe Kubo did it on purpose. It sort of looks like an open hollow mouth, maybe this new person is like Ichigo and part hollow?

great chapter love the joke at the beginning when ichigo says to her sister that he can see her boobs xd by the way karin would make a great shinigami she has the attitude of ichigo + good family genes i mean her father and brother are shinigami so why not so here is a sneak peak of her has a shinigami in the futur if bleach exist in 2012 loool

woooh. yeah xd bleach is back. this chapter brought back alot of the nostalgia of the old bleach...

a few things spring to mind.

1.) at the end is the badges ichigos or the sinister appearing guy whose got that "is he evil - or will he end up as ichigos friend look (eg: ishida renji hirako...)"

2.) Why hasnt rukia said hi. theyve basically got the hots for one another. and im prettyy sure she could request to be KT shinigami and grab a gigai and say hi

3.) Im curious as to where the vaizard are / SS's captain setup now...

4.) and why does everyone say that he looks like aizen...my first thought was that he looked more like a greased up (his hair) renji. which leads me to think ichigo and he will end up BFF xd

Man I liked the chapter, I wonder what this new guy can do, and why does Ishida have to pick up the shinigami's slack, if that afro guy can't get the job done couldn't they found some one who can.
