Well, Kubo, way to take 398 chapters of great manga work OVERALL, with an original story, and throw it all away in the 22 EPIC FAIL chapters that are "Decide".
Suspense with each chapter end, only to start off next week's chapter with crap.

That basically sums up how crappy Decide has been (with the few exceptions being the fights between the Urahara, Isshin, and Yoruichi team and Aizen, though he was still being a ***** in those chapters. Let's not forget the random off-screen pwnage of three of the coolest characters in Bleach. Seriously, Kubo? WTH...the manga is going to go down in history as the biggest fail in the shortest amount of chapters if Tite Kubo does not get his act together.

If this is the end...it sucks O_O And it really doesn't make sense that Aizen "set" everything up, but had now for three chapters the WTH-look permanently on his face ~_~

Look, after he exits his inner-self he takes the form of Zangetsu the fusion is not yet complete tho.How do i state that? Well, simple really - > Zangetsu is taller then ichigo plus has a longer hair. The only reason we had to see another transformation is so simple really... Final Getsuga tenshou - > Zangetsu's resolve - > In order for Zangetsu [Ichigo's power source] to disappear is for him to waste every last bit of his reiatsu that's basically why he fully fuses with Ichigo in the end so he can waste it by making boomshitwow attack and destroying Aizen.

As for Halibel the placement of the whole can be anywhere depending on what form the Hollow had before becoming a Vasto Lorde in this case you can pretty much guess where it is if u can't see it prolly under the clothes? Sheesh ...

my speculation would be during the transferal of rukia's powers to ichigo, part of the hogyoku's power transferred creating hichigo as a kind of partial hollowfication. pretty much like a tainted mark in his soul.

3. We don't really know if it is the face of his zanpakuto or not for the sole reason of never having the chance to get ahold of his zanpakuto bankai or whatsoever ...
