As most of you probably know, Gin is stronger than Tousen that is stronger than most of the Espada which makes Gin stronger than all of the Espada.
So if Gin is atleast stronger than Ulquiorra, that means that Ichigo will have to go hollow form, 2nd release that only he and Ulquiorra only is capable off.

刀を愛染へと振り下ろすが避けられ、
Aizen wards off a katana swinging down at him
愛染「雷吼炮（らいこうほう）」
Aizen: Raikouhou
と、鬼道が放たれる。
while releasing a kidou spell.
その爆発を背景に、言葉を交わす一護とギン
That explosion happens in the background while Ichigo and Gin talk between themselves.


399.DEICIDE ディーサイド

ギン「久しぶりやなぁ　こうして君と戦うんも。キミ憶えてる
？前に戦うた時のこと」
Gin: It's been a long time, eh, when we last fought. Ya remember? That time before.
「ボクがじだん坊の腕斬ったら、キミがまぁえらい剣幕でつっ込んできて・・・おもろい子や・て　思たんを憶 えてるわ」
When I cut off Jidanbou's arm, you were... ah, really pissed off... "What' an amusing child," I remember thinking
一護「・・・俺は憶えてねえ」
Ichigo:.... I don't remember.
ギン「嘘ばっかり　挑発のつもりなん？」
Gin: You're lyin. Are ya tryin' to rile me up?
一護「そうじゃねえよ　あんたの剣を憶えてねえんじゃねえ　あんたの心を憶えてねえんだ」
Ichigo: That's not it. It's not that I don't remember that sword of yours. It's what you were thinking inside, that I don't remember.
「相手と剣を合わせると相手の考えが少しわかる　心が読めるとか言うんじゃねえけどどういう覚悟で剣を振っ てんのか　
When I face an opponent, I usually understand a little what's in their heart. Not that I can read their minds but, it's that, how they ready their sword or something
俺を認めてんのか見下してんのかそういうのも含めて。」
Whether they approve of me or look down on me, or whatever they want to make me understand
「最中は必死だから大抵は終わってから気づくんだけど相手が強けりゃ強いほどその伝わる心ってのはデカいん だ」
And in the middle, when I get desperate, that's usually when I start to notice how or what makes my enemy that strong, and usually a big part of it is their heart.
ギン「なんや　詩人やね」
Gin: Oh my, how poetic.
一護「うるせーよ　あんたにはそれがなかった　あん時のあんたは俺と戦ってても俺のことなんか見ちゃいなか った何を見てたのかまでは知らねえけどな」
Ichigo: Shut up. Back then, you had nothing. That time that you and I fought, I couldn't see a damned thing and up to now I don't know anything.
ギン「・・・なんやおもろい子やと思てたけど　なんや気味の悪い子やなあ」
Gin: ... And I thought you were just an amusing kid but, you're an irritating child after all.
ギン、凄みながら言う。一護、それを自分に中てられてるのを感じながら、
Gin says this while threatening him. Well, that's how Ichigo felt while thinking to himself.
一護「・・・あんたに言われたかねーよ」
Ichigo: .... You're not telling me anything.
ギン「愛染隊長がキミに興味持つん　ようわかる気ィするわ　ボクの神鎗そんくらい延びるか知っ てる？」
Gin: Aizen-taichou has an interest in you - it was that kind of mood. D'you know how far my god's spear can extend?
一護「知らねーよ」
Ichigo: I don't know.
ギン「刀百本分や、せやから小さい頃は百本差しやら呼ばれたりしてな」
Gin: A hundred swords. From the saya it's approximately a hundred sword lengths.
一護「訊いてねえ」
Ichigo: I didn't ask you.
ギン「ほんなら卍解はどんくらい延びるかわかる？」
Gin: Now, how far do you think it can go when I'm in bankai?
一護「・・・クイズ大会しに来てんじゃねえぞ」
Ichigo: .... I didn't come here for a quiz show.
ギン「あれ　降参なん？つまらんなぁ　しゃぁない　ようわかるようにキミらの長さで教えたげる わ」

Gin: Oh, givin' up already? How boring. Well, nothin' I can do bout that. So you can think about it, it's-

一護、一応驚いてる。
Ichigo looks surprised for a moment.
ギン「ピンとけえへんやろ　数で聞いても。見したる、いくで、今度は、手加減なしや」
「卍　解　『神殺鎗（かみしにのやり）』」ギン一瞬開眼
卍解と同時に刀で周りを薙ぎ払うギン。見開きつかってビル群が一刀両断。
Gin: Just wanted to point that out, even if ya didn't ask for the number。Just showin' ya, this time, I'm not going easy on ya.
Bankai, God-slaying spear, Gin releases in an instant
At the same time he releases, he swings the sword all around him. At the opposite page, all the buildings around him are instantly bisected.

刀は勢いそのままに一護へと向かう、が後ずさりながらも刀で受け止める一護。
Then he faces Ichigo with the sword filling up with energy, who took a step back while blocking the sword.
一護「・・・何驚いてんだよ　同じ卍解が卍解で止められねえワケねえだろ」
Ichigo: ..... what kind of power was that. You can just stop a bankai with just another bankai, you know.
そういうとギンの刀をはじきながら月牙を放つ一護、ギンまた一瞬開眼、月牙直撃。
While repelling Gin's sword, Ichigo releases a Getsuga, Gin again releases in an instant, but Getsuga scores a direct hit.
巻き起こる煙のなかギン、
Gin rises up from the smoke,
ギン「・・・なんや・・・やっぱり気味の悪い子や」
Gin: ..... why.... Just like I said, yer really an irritating child.
額の右から頬にかけて血を垂らすギンで次週
From his right cheek, Gin starts bleeding. Then it's off to next week

Ichigo can't die AGAIN. -.- Orihime would be all like: Kurosaki-kun, you died again! Watch me as I sit here and cry over your corpse even when I know I can just heal you right on back!

-.- No thanks.

Well, I was alking in a more permanent fashion.
Like completely destroy ichigo, or hell, have them kill Orihime as well, the useless annoying worhless nothing she is.
No, I'm rooting for the bad guys here, their characters are way more awesome.
On the good side Only Mayuri and Kenpachi are cool.

And I hope these spoilers are false.

Why do you like Gin so much ?

Cause Gin is (or was supposed to be) beast. I've liked him since he said "Uh-oh. A gate keeper ain't supposed to open the gates..." So. Basically since then beginning for me. I love Gin. He is apparently, and probably, going to die, and that means that I'll be in anime mourning (as a was for Ace, thought I was going to for Shunsui, and a bit for Kyoraku..) for about two hours.
