Or the captain commander fights gin while ichigo fights aizen because he believes on ichigo can beat him?

i think captain commander not sure about that .. so that s why he is fighting aizen. captain can kill aizen there is a chance but its not much if he give even a little damage to aizen than ichigo might have a chance to stop this...
but at first place ichigo is no match for aizen.. only he can stand this power but all of us already know that he is in a disadvantaged position

on the other hand gin is just waiting there he isnt fight anyone (just one attack) i guess this is his time

neither do i, unless maybe ichigos dad, kisuke or yoruichi show up in which case it could go differently since am sure ichigos dad also hasnt seen aizens shikai.

lets not forget that since yama is down, ichigo is now outnumbered 2-1

Yes i think any of them 3 could show up to be honest, but i dont think gin will attack ichigo for some reason, and i think hes the main villain not aizen, i just have a strange feeling, hes just creepy that way

so my point is that:

only ichigo has chance against aizen because he didnt see aizen shikai but simply ichigo hasnt got enough power... so when you need to fight stronger person than yourself there is three way to win

1... u make yourself more powerful study hard
2... u make your enemy less powerful (or try to find his weakness and do something about that)
3... get some help

2.. captains attacks surely will cause problem to aizen
3.. ichigos classmates will come to help ichigo with uraharu

but on the other hand surely gin will interfere to fight so they will need to do something about him too... your point is right it makes more sense to captain commander vs gin ichigo vs aizen but in my opinion its unlikely because captain still think that only he can stand against aizen so he will definitely wait for back up to let ichigo fight against aizen...
but when uraharas team come commander will be near end of his power and this time we will see urahara vs gin ichigo + classmates vs aizen

as i think when ichigo attacked aizen (rukia saving arc) he didn't use his hollow mask ...at this moment aizen took a hit from the commander and totally shocked..so ichigo have a good chance ...but i hope he won't retreat as always
