Yeah but I don't he can pull it off. For example, the arrancar and espada arc had potential but he screwed it up.

So what if he screwed up? To be honest the arrancar and espada arcs were't terrible, they were ok. Kubo wrote a fantastic SS arc and he can do it again. I doubt Kubo would state he has enough material for 8-10 years and make it complete trash.
He may as well write a full character/data book that details everyone's abilities and what not + any character designs and story plans he would have introduced if he didn't give 1 ounce of crap about Bleach.

i dare to say arrancar arc is better than SS arc before orihime ruin it,
because ulqiorra and grimjow pull a lot emo kiddies and delinquent kiddies to read bleach,

What do you mean he can't pull it off? He's already segued into an incredible arc in the last month.
Add to this the fact that he has a myriad of options to delve into ranging from Isshin and Ryuken's history, introducing Squad Zero, present another flashback arc of Yamamoto (among other things if he chooses), reveal the other Captain's Bankais, Grimmjow's return, etc.
Not to mention he's already confirmed that he'll explain the significance of Kyoraku's flower-robe which will likely contain a nice flashback, and unveil Unohana's zanpaktou as she finally takes part in a real battle.
The mere fact that Soul Society and Hueco Mundo will be forming an alliance opens up a whole new realm of possibilities and puts the upcoming battles in a league of it's own. Long awaited Bankais will be revealed and fights will be intense. In short, we're going to have a lot of fun

Uhh, what? Kubo created her character. He wrote it so that Orihime got kidnapped and cried to Ichigo during his fight with Grimmjow. Of course it's his fault that he picked her as the damsel in distress.
If Orihime didn't cry out then the fight would have had more substance and Grimmjow's Desgarron wouldn't have been SO underrepresented. For the entire fight Grimmjow was neck to neck with Ichigo. In the end, Ichigo gets a random boost of "willpower" from Orihime crying and cuts through Grimmjow's most powerful attack like a hot knife through butter? Oh please.
Yes, it was Kubo's fault for making Orihime the damsel in distress and for drawing that sequence of events.

The Zero Squad/Soul King I can complain about, Bleach has been going on 10 YEARS...YEARS..and that stuff was mentioned in the very first Arc, so yes I can complain why he hinted at future content and never used it and just left fans to speculate for 10 years, I can argue this same point with Vasto Lords, it wasn't as early as Zero/Soul King but by god it was right after Aizen left and then he just pulled shit out his ass with "Arrancars are Vastos"
What else..Oh what about the whole thing about Ichigos mom? Aizen: "Its because your mom was.." and cut off by fighting and never revealed? LOL?
What about the whole Aizen: "Who do you think started it all Kurosaki Ichigo.." ?? So hes the reason Ichigos life played out like it did..but its never shown? Great..awesome..fantastic work..absolutely amazing

I was in your shoes one time, a hardcore Bleach fan ready to defend against any criticism.. but then I actually started paying attention and realized it was crap..too many holes..too much random shit..too many huge panels with nothing in them:scorps:
Oh not to mention that friggin nobody dies in Bleach, people get cut in half and live..what ? The only "good guy" to die in Bleach was in the newest Arc..Head captains Vice Captain, dunno his name as he wasn't important anyway..I like how Kubo made Head Captain give that massive speech about War to try and make us "feel" for that character
P.S. it took me this long to reply because I barely read this sub forum as its practically dead..wonder why?

The Anime HAS NOT ENDED! It's merely on a hiatus for a unknown period of time.
The show had to make way for Naruto SD series (The prime-time slot). (So even fillers wasnt an option since they didnt have any slots to air, and bringing it under another tv station would be a big of a hassle)
If people actually watched the 366 episode you would have noticed that nothing indicates that it'll be the end of the anime series other than the Arc. Jesus...
Next time use the "search" button.

as far as i know it just ends for now cause they dont want to show any fillers...and guys really bleach was really interesting (although its garbage before naruto) up to fake karakura town arc. it had something that destroyed it. that kubo sensei presented aizen as the ultimate villain so no one could be better than him and then gave ichigo the most op weapon of a shinigami and that leaves us with no power ups left...its like giving sasuke the rinnengan in the 100th chapter of naruto...

I dont think a manga that its getting into a new exciting arc that will last 10 years and the anime only going to hiatus is dead..

I only read the manga anyways..same with Naruto. But after the series are completely finished, I will go back and watch the episodes of each show that I missed.

While I personally would like it to last 10 years I am afraid since this is the last Arc we will be lucky to get 3 years but it might be more like 2.

Nope, Kubo said in an interview that he had enough to cover to make Bleach last 8-10 years.
