Bleach is losing potential?? No it isn't dude. There are tons of things that Kubo has to work with:
-Isshin's background
-Squad Zero aka The Royal Guard
-The Soul King
-The other Vizards
-Ichigo's new Shinigami/Fullbring powers
-Combat using the other Captains...namely Unohana who is confirmed to have a real fight scene in the next arc
-...the list goes on

Just because the manga is being slow right now doesn't mean squat. It only means it's building up for the next story plot.

It might be boring now, but it's be much more boring and predictable if there were fight scenes in every damn chapter -_-
