All the fights are awsome, but it goes way to slow -_-
Of course the most interesting question is now who stabbed Stark. I don't think it is anyone from Hueco Mundo, because they are still fighting Yammy.
It's possible of course, but there are more logical candidates. There are two people who I suspect could have done it:
- Kisuke Urahara: We know he is closeby. He was the one who made the barrier and I doubt he would miss this fight. Also his zanpaktou has something to do with blood and he also said his bankai wasn't suited for training people. So I guess he really has a zanpaktou that is ment to "drain blood". So stabbing stark like that could be something done by him.
- Kensei Muguruma: All the Vizards are already in combat, however they never mentioned what Kensei and Mashiro Kuna were going to do after they killed the last menos(and the Fusa). Since Mashiro is more found of HTH, it looks very well possible that Kensei attack Stark, especially because he's zanpaktou is wind based. So he could slash him from a distance.

I doubt its someone in Aizen's crew. Stark is currently taking down two vizards at once, so why would Aizen stop that from happening?
It could be Urahara, but to be honest I think hes going to end up going into Hueco Mundo to fight Yammy. Ichigo and gang needs a way back to the real world, and Kisuke can open up gargantas. Kisuke also has run into Yammy a few times so they have a score to settle. Given the fact that he and Yammy have history, and he knows how to open a garganta to get Ichigo back to Karakura town, I think this is the most likely thing for him to do.
Here is my official prediction on the mystery swordsman, or should I say swordswoman? Lisa! Stark hurt Shunsui, and she <3 Shunsui, theres no doubt about it. Lisa is the one who did it.

Lisa is fighting Haribel -_- and she knows Shunsui is alright. She's one of the persons that I'm sure will not be the one who stabbed him.
However I thought of another possibility. Maybe Stark isn't stabbed at all, but is it an illusion of Aizen's shikai. Though I doubt that's the case, but they all should have seen his shikai at some point(don't remember much of the details of the Pendulum-arc and that would mean his shikai lasts for a hundred years). It's very unlikely, but it's not impossible.

To me, it looked like a cero, but I could be wrong. ( I normally am. ) I still think it's Grimmjow. It could be Kisuke, too. Grimmjow needs to come back and finish the job for everybody.

1. plenty of ppl in HM can open garganta's. grimmys status is unknown, u got apache, dodonchakka & that ginger afro priveron i would say nel bcuz she got her memories back now but idk about that
