It makes her stand out and hinders her duties as an assassin.
(帯をビルに巻いてたのは撃った反動で自分が吹っ飛ばない為だと思う)
(I think the sash wrapped around the building is so that she doesn't get blow away by the attack's recoil.)

The cloth wrapped around Soi Fon's body, Kinjyoutan, is steel cloth used for armor's foundation
この卍解は巨大で隠れられず、重過ぎて動けず、技は隠密には派手過ぎて隠密の矜持に反するから使いたくなかったらしい。
This bankai is too big for concealment, too heavy for movement, too flashy for secrecy, and goes against a spy's self dignity, which is why she doesn't like using it.

i agree with you anything can happen but even in bankai she cant beat him. all i see happening is soifon thinking she won then gets her ass kicked.

Yeah im really annoyed about Halilbel dying so fast, that bit is a bit dodgy to me, she was like so powerful, and then she dies, that could have been a great fight
