Complete Episode Spoiler
There are dozens of Gillians vanishing after being killed by Muramasa. As Muramasa leaves, an Adjuchas appears to attack him. Muramasa draws out his sword and kills it with ease. Muramasa suddenly senses something else. A Vasto Lorde menos is leaking out its spirit pressure.
The battles between Rangiku/Haineko and Hinamori/Tobiume continue. The zanpakuto spirits gain an advantage in this battle with full reign over their abilities. Hinamori runs while Tobiume continues to taunt her with no end. Meanwhile, Rangiku is pinching Haineko's face. The two Shinigami regain their composure and use their kido abilities to fight back. Both Rangiku and Hinamori use the incantation for their respective hado and bakudo spells.
As Rangiku blasts away with Shakkaho, Haineko is trapped by Hinamori's rope (don't know the clear name of the spell yet). Tobiume also gets trapped. The two zanpakuto spirits show disgust as they are trapped by the shinigami. Rangiku and Hinamori talk to each other and discuss how cute their zanpakuto spirits are. Commercial break.
Meanwhile, Hitsugaya tells Hyorinmaru his real name and that his former master is Hitsugaya Toshiro. They continue to talk with one another, until Hyorinmaru attacks Hitsugaya. To fight back without his abilities, Hitsugaya uses Bakudo spells which prove little effect on Hyorinmaru. Hyorinmaru charges his spirit pressure and uses the weather manipulation ability.
Ichigo is still trapped in Sennen Hyorou and is finally crushed by it. Hitsugaya uses Shakkaho on Hyorinmaru which he caught with his hand. Hitsugaya is attacked by the ice dragon. Hitsugaya escaped being frozen by his sword. Hitsugaya explains to him the first time they met.
This is Hitsugaya's past; while living in Rukongai, Hitsugaya is by himself as other kid souls walk by. Hitsugaya comments that people are afraid of his "icy" spirit pressure. Hitsugaya talks to his grandma and leaves for the store. He meets up with Rangiku and they begin to argue. Hitsugaya leaves. At night, while Hitsugaya was sleeping, he met with his zanpakuto spirit. He could not hear the spirit's name but succumbs to his power.
Rangiku appears and tells Hitsugaya that the spirit pressure left his grandmother frozen. Rangiku tells Hitsugaya to head to the Shinigami Academy in order to control his spirit pressure. Hitsugaya bowed to his grandma in apology and begins to cry. The grandma consoles him. Hitsugaya is able to use his zanpakuto's powers and tells him that it's not over yet.
Hitsugaya uses Ryusenka. Ichigo uses a Bankai Getsuga Tensho to break through. It shows Hitsugaya and Hyorinmaru trapped in the ice. They begin to talk with one another. Hitsugaya finally is able to hear the zanpakuto's name. Hyorinmaru finally remembers and transforms to his ice dragon form. The ice dragon transforms to his human form as Hitsugaya falls to unconsciousness. Meanwhile, Muramasa defeats the Vasto Lorde but has had some difficulty taking him down. Muramasa then absorbs the menos' powers.
In place of the actual preview, they had some contest where you can win stuff.
Omake- In the omake, we it shows Kon in Ichigo's body attending Karakura High School. Kon is looking at girls which Uryu finds out. As Kon goes erratic, he is restrained by Sado. Uryu gives him the work that Ichigo had missed, causing Kon to go silent.
