Rikudou chakra is really hax, but These can beat him:
- Kaguya-> speedblitz after power up she got or IT, goudama
- Hagoromo - summon spirits to attack Obito in Kamui, order spirits summoned to summon him from Kamui or leave it on his own. Connect his own chakra to takes control over Kamui user/Kakashi then bust him out or restrain from Kamui while finishing him., goudama, seals ?
- JJ Madara -> speedblitz, cast IT, goudama, Global scale Mokuton(which Madara used after IT)
- Naruto -> army of clones, speed blitz, goudama
- Sasuke -> swapping places ?, idk. Maybe his PS could destroy Kakashi's PS but I have no idea.
- JJ Obito -> speedblitz, goudama, God Tree.
In short: Kaguya, Hagoromo, Juubi jins, Naruto and maybe Sasuke are only one, Hashirama if he keep switching with wood clones while attacking, but it would be hard
possible: Space time users as Minato, Tobirama, BSM Naruto maybe... that all I can think of

I gave you a pretty solid and logical explanation for Naruto and Sasuke. The only problem here would be if you don't accept it.I'm either seeing futile explanation justifying counters to kumai

But he kumais his body away (dematerialize) before getting get. IF THEY GET PASS THE PS THARS FLYS AWAY

If Juubi people don't count, than Kamui people don't count either.

No, they can deal with him individually.
Kakashi can't react to Naruto's speed. His reflexes are too slow which is his demise. Naruto can easily shatter his Susanoo with beyond-perfect Senjutsu+amped up raw power by Kokuo. Sasuke can do the same but he would have problems bypassing Susanoo because he doesn't have the same strength as Naruto.
My explanation is doing it, your accepting isn't.
Naruto or Sasuke easily or at least comfortably takes him down.
Kakashi has just barely Rikudou chakra for few lucky shots as we saw in the manga. Sasuke just swap to with Kakashi forcing Kakashi to avoid or pass through his own attack. Kakashi then just got two shots with Rikudou chakra. Sasuke enter PS and Kakashi uses another one to finally land on Sasuke while Sauke again swap with him. Kakashi looses Rikudou chakra and has only DMS. Sasuke speed btliz gg.
against Naruto, Naruto spam army of clones and attack kakashi. Kakashi has few shots with Rikudou chakra so he won't get all Naruto's including clones, He has only hope attacking Real Naruto but again Naruto has goudama so he can nullify Kamui.
Kakashi looses Rikudou chakra then Naruto anihilates

The problem with you explanation is if naruto is as fast as you say he probably would have saved sakura from the juubi arm
Kakashis PS arm saved her before sasukes rinnegan

Already agreed with Naruto.
As for Sasuke. He isn't faster than Kakashi's reflexes. Kakashi was able to turn his head around and see the hand of full speed Juubi Jin Madara. If he had intangibility, he could've activated it. The eyes are connected mentally.

You forget the concept of stress and the element of surprise in the story. Just because he didn't do it, doesn't mean he couldn't.
He can do multiple things at once, but even he has his limits.
My theory isn't really a theory. Naruto and Sasuke are basically Sages, Kakashi can't really compare to them. But I could give you a logical explanation as to why he can't be compared to them, which I did.

Naruto takes him mid diff. At most.
Sasuke doesn't even win. At the least, he would win high diff. Kakashi didn't have the stamina to hold a PS, giant Kamui Shurikens, and more Kamui spams, after he's already been in the war. Kakashi doesn't even need PS to deal with Sasuke. That only holds him back. He can simply teleport on top of Sasuke's PS (teleporting has been shown both by Obito and Kakashi), phase through (shown by the latest fight), and Raikiri Sasuke. Sasuke has no feats of being able to Rinnegan shift out of his Ps.
