Dude these jutsu are rigged, especially since they are sort of C rank jutsu, and the giant dog doesn't get bigger by getting struck in the manga i thought, it was jjust a few dogs which were summoned that split apart and grew really quickly then jiriya pwned them.

* Descripton: Small static bolts for attack and defence.
