Blackberry activation

So my sister bought a blackberry a year ago, via ebay from china, she got her phone, it worked fine, she could call, send sms, wifi worked fine, but; She couldn't download no apps, msn on her blackberry wasn't working, couldn't change theme.

This is all due to it not being activated?
How do I activate it, just looking for some info, don't need no illegal links and stuff. Just want to know what might be wrong with her blackberry, and how I can fix it.

Thats weird, if she has the internet on it then the app store should just work fine on it being able to get it all from their.

Have you checked with what ever phone network shes on to see they allow it or something?

Not sure, but the phone didn't include installation cd.
The phone network didn't have any setups or anything like that for blackberry, and she was talking about having to do it manually or something.

I don't really know my way around blackberrys and neither does she.
I was hoping for that someone might have knowledge of this problem.

its a Blackberry mimic which is basically a copy of a blackberry
their is also a iPhone mimic they look like the original phones but can not do every thing the real phone can .

the copy iphone and blackberry are made in china mostly.they do not have same performance.but most of them have daul sim cards .therofore alot cheaper


all original blackberry have blackberry messenger pre installed in them

The blackberry she has had blackberry messenger pre installed in hers too.

The problem is "Contact your system administrator to find out whether an Enterprise Activation password will be provided, or if you need to install the BlackBerry Desktop Software"

In other words: Can I just download the Blackberry desktop software from the official website?

What do I need the Blackberry device password for?

Enterprise Activation: Status: Not Activated
Is it the enterprise activation I need to activate? How?
