i dont think the black zetsu betrayal is related to the holy tree or the jubbi or madara absorbing them, i think kishi showed the panel with kaguya to foreshadow that she would make a comeback

Kaguya was not involved anywhere until he opened his 3rd eye. I am damn sure that the way to bring back jyuubi and the method to cast mugen tsukiyomi was not written on uchiha stone tablet. Madara has learnt about it somewhere else (after end of valley fight).
