Pretty sure BZ wasn't an actual child, as in baby, I think people are getting too caught up on what other people are saying and one translation. I think Kaguya only had the 2 kids and BZ is some part of the Shinju tree, it's not a real human. Idk these are just my thoughts but it seems like a lot of people think he's an actual third human child, I don't agree but who knows anymore. What do you guys think?

We already know that BZ came from Kaguya. There is no need to put a panel unless it is something specific and new

Black zetsu is just her will, he talks to her as a mother because he was "born" from her. I honestly think black zetsu is just another sephiroth a kaguya has PTSD, OCD, and violent emotion tendencies (VET)

In the whole conversation BZ kept saying "us" but also kept saying two sons, so unless BZ is Hamura which I think is less likely than BZ being a third child, BZ is most likely just a manifestation Kaguya created with her idk do we call them jutsu for her since she made it before jutsu were even thought of being a thing? Anyway I think BZ is not a human we'll just have to wait and see.
