Naruto and kurama may share the same body, but they're two separate beings that are communicating with each other during fights. That make them a team. So whenever Naruto fight somebody, it is 2 vs X. When Sasuke fight, it is 1 vs X.

The sharingan is not a team power. Using it does not suddenly make you two people. however an EMS or eyes gained afterwards are borrowed power because the eyes aren't originally parts of their body.
