1. Itachi didn't fear Obito/Tobi, he was just weary of his true intentions and took precessions.

2. Itachi joined Akatsuki on his own and followed the rules to stay in to be a spy, of course he was "ruled."

3. All of the Akatsuki members abided by his "rules" less they want to be thrown out or killed.

Itachi apparently was kind, sensitive, pactifist, never blamed Konoha and didnt want to take revenge on anyone, unlike Madara, Indra, Sasuke, and the rest of the clan who was planning the coup d'etat.

So, in short, no. Itachi/Shisui were different than the rest of the Uchiha, they didnt get manipulated at all = fail troll thread

The shinobi system is what is going to lead to Kaguya's downfall. BZ, in the end, will fail miserably by having his mother sealed again. (thanks to one Uchiha, which apparently BZ manipulated so well).
