Just a quick question. But is Black Zetsu made of the same stuff that hovered around Obito and now Madara...and if so, what does that mean?​

Hmmm... I don't think so. In fact they were able to absorb chakra if you refer back to the fight against Sasuke, Naruto and all the others.

I think its suspicious the fact that black zetsu just up and took Kuruma. Almost like he absorbed chakra...

The black orbs [onmyoudon] erase pretty much everything they come into contact with from existence.

The black rods were held by people & have stabbed people on multiple occasions.

If they were made out of the same stuff then nagato should've been dead because he had several rods lodged in his back which would've erased him.

The rods mainly just transmit chakra, they havent done what the orbs have done so I doubt they're made of the same material.

You could be right, and the black orbs could simply be Onmyoudon as we see them, but I don't think so. It seems more like they are simply a tool in which to use the Onmyoudon and not the technique itself.

We know White Zetsu is able to travel fast, and assume the appearance and chakra signature of people, hmmmm

The thing is that anyone with the rinnegan can create rods like obito did in that pic, they just appear in their hands.

Madara created black zetsu like this too, imho they could be related but its unlikely.

Yes!! It seems you are making my point for me now. Anyone with the Rinnengan (which remember, unlocks the ability to use the Gedo Statue) can use this strange black material we see. They are related, I think that has become apparent. So now I circle back to the original point I was making. If they are indeed the same (the black orbs and Black Zetsu) what does that say about Black Zetsu?
