Black Zetsu has he murdered Hashirama Senju ?

I think that Black Zetsu could murder Hashirama Senju during the First Shinobi War.

Killed madara. but my initial theory is hashirama overusing his life energy due to spamming shinseisenju and resulted in the chakra trees of konoha , which is used for checking chakra natures , coincidently which hashirama got from the mokuton statue.

As much as it’s obvious that Hashirama was killed by some unknown fodder, I highly doubt that it is black zetsu. I’ll give him that much credit.

Nope he couldnt kill jj madara nor EMS madara. He just activated Kaguya , and he used obitos rikudou body to do that. He didnt kill hashirama , no way in hell.

Hashirama probably died from rapid reproduction of his cells to regenerate, this shortening his lifespan.

Could be the seal in his forehead looks similar to byakugou. He may also have used shinsuusenju which is a deity according to the databook. It gifted him with all nature releases. Like susanoo uses the user's lifeforce in return of using it' shinsuusenju might've taken hashi's life-force. But since hashi can go into sage mode and passively absorb energy like jugo, how'll there be ever a loss of body energy? I'll leave it up to theories.
