I don't get how the system of justice work there. Someone killed other. He/she should be executed. The crime-rate in America is skyrocketing.

Because people argue whether or not it's humane to execute someone who has killed.

And because of this argument, look where this led America to now. A man knowing he won't be sentenced to death if he killed someone, what would stop him from repeating the same crime? "It's inhumane" they would say.

SMh, they were Mexican/latino men. The girl is Mexican or latino and black dudes wouldn't have killed him, we would've just beat his ass. He was a fellow black guy afterall.

OP’s just a dumbass. Straight and simple, he’s probably Latino himself and pissed off that blacks didn’t commit the crime. But I can’t see anyone being that low.

Well life sentences are still a thing.

I don't get what you're implying there.

You mean prison for lifetime?

Shiieeeeet. They could only hang you once. Might as well kill as many people as possible. And do as much as possible.

See, it doesn’t work either.

Because I don't play this race separation thing. Their skin color is black so they are black to me.

You must be registered for see images

Why not simply refer to them as humans though? Jesus. ;/

Well, this won't work. When a murderer takes a life of someone, then his/her life shall be taken too.

Well a lot of crimes should be punishable by death but it's not gonna happen.

People are too sensitive about racism these days.

Cry-babies.

That's why very few individuals, lifetime prison doesn't shake them by ounce when they know they would be left alive in cage. The matter is the chances of getting out prison is what most count on.

That's why citizens in Saudi Arabia treasure not only their lives, but even their enemies. The last thing a native or foreign would think about is killing. Sure, there are very few individuals selling out their lives and would kill without second thought.

There are times when anger gets the best of me, I imagine if I killed someone, I dunno what's next. What kind sanity my mind could resist. Knowing I took someone's life, the idea of being beheaded scares the shit of me. I would pussy out. I wouldn't be able to kill, unless a great force of anger pushes me to kill someone over worthless personal matter that doesn't deserve losing my life for it.

It would be quite a struggle of mentality. Let's even say someone killed one of my family. If I killed him due to revenge for the death of one of my family, even though the murderer is one way or the other is dead by me or by government, I would even receive death penalty too, because in my country no one allowed to take the law by his hand. Vigilantism has no room here in Saudi Arabia.

You do realize that your theory that death sentences deter crime is holistically wrong, right? Death sentences and even straight up torture existed and still exist as a means of punishing crime, yet it hasn't solved crime at all.

One of the main arguments against a death sentence is the fact that 4% of people put on death row end up being innocent. Unless there is a full-proof system which can guarantee beyond any doubt the culprit is guilty of his crimes, the death sentence should not be legal.

Sorry but that can't prevent it. To do that we'd have to get rid off from religions at first.
No, the laws and teachings of religion such as Islam existed to protect and prevent ourselves from doing wrong deeds.

Not important to be right or wrong. There still crimes of murdering in Saudi Arabia, but barely we hear about them, because the laws that are based by religion (Islam) are strict and it has zero tolerance with murder crimes. Life by life.

Process and quality of investigation is sure quite an issue to determine whether or not the culprit was a murderer. That's why investigation department select the best minds to guarantee flawless justice, and decisions won't be taken lightly when it revolves the fate of a culprit.
