well.. here in Holland we have queensday..it's the queens actual birthday and on that holiday people come outside, take their trash, throw it on the ground near some closed shopping mall and try to sell it.. and it's a huge succes btw lmao

Honestly I look at it as national brainwashing, ppl need to be ashamed of themselves for letting advertisements and promotions convince them that everything is a commodity about to run dry like an old well, I saw two ladies fighting over some sheets for a bed at $7.50, because either of them were too busy fighting to realize there is another whole rack of the SAME sheets merely a dozen or so feet behind them, sometimes I think ppl go just to fight.

The police will tell ppl not to run and they laugh in their face, because they know how stupid ppl are once hive/heard mentality kicks in, it's so pathetic on so many levels, ppl get trampled and killed over black Fridays, can you imagine a child finding out their mom got trampled to death in a Walmart?

They did choose the perfect name though, it's almost evil.

I've been camping out in a tent at Best Buy for a week, but I overslept & missed all the deals, oh well, maybe next year.

My husband told me about it. I just know I would never go there. If we had that here in Germany, I`d hide. Busy stores make me totally angry. I`m one of the people who doesn`t tank their car when gas is cheap, I rather pay more but don`t have to stand there and wait and get pissed.

I dunno, I still have to admit that Walmart was the coolest store I`ve ever seen in my life, the first time I went into one. It`s simply unimaginable that there are stores that are always open, even on sundays. We only have 24 hour gas stations at most. Only thing I didn`t like about Walmart was that, when you`ve seen one, you`ve seen them all. After a while you stopped to go into them just for looking... Oh well, still every time I visit the US, I want to run into Walmart. Especially the cookie and cake section. Coming back in 2014 I hope and nothing will have changed.

Well the economy is in dire straights so this year black friday is going to be quite chaotic. I would stay far far away from the malls and see if I can get any deals via from cyberspace. <----Oh ya know....so I won't be trampled on when I go to a Sears department store.
