its all in ya head... you gotta visuilaze it in ya head at the same time.. you gotte be one wit teh shadow like if it go left you kinda thinkin in ya head you go left/...ummm kiba and his dog are real close well....kinda like that lol so to move where it dodge it or spilt it you gotta think it.. you can do anything in ya mind .. same with a shadow .. tales practice and chakra
