And William plotted Yami to be at his base so that he could acquire the Stone!. Quite good to know that both Yami and Licht were appointed as the Captains of their Squads on same day on same occasion by Julius!. Maybe teasing their rivalry if the Writer wants to establish it that way!.
Now now... something struck to my mind...... At the first meeting when Julius went to Enemy's base....

That is a good points!. So it was Liar who was impersonating as William when William(Licht) went far away on his base operations!. So the Fake Captain among the Captain is the William himself when Liar was impersonating as himself!. Isn't Blackbulls have only one stone in their base?!. I don't recall having more than one in the base!.
I think both William and Licht are one body but different souls!. William admires both Julius and Licht both!. The way William gave his speech connoting he want them(Licht & Julius) to decide whom he wants to walk with...... maybe implying he still don't know his stance!. And I do think Yami is gonna catch up probably sooner or later!. Don't think he will sit there and wait till William gets to him!. Yami is already suspicious about him from the get go tho!.
When Yami first saw William's face.... Not sure but Yami said that he sensed no magic on the burned area!. So don't get it.... If the burned face of William is magic altered then..... how comes Yami didn't noticed it?!.
I think this is too early for Julius to die this soon!. If he dies who is gonna become the next Magic Emperor?!. Williams who is foreshadowed to take Julius position is now the Protagonist!. Maybe it is too early for him to die!.

'Forgot to add Yuno might be walking in to a trap in the White Night's Eye base right now.
Asta or rather Nero collected two stone- one from the village, one from the water temple. BB may have handed over the one from the Water Temple to Julius. But Witch queen gave one directly to Asta. Not sure about it's current location- with Asta himself or the BB hideout.
@The relation between William and Licht : yea it seems similar to how you put it. I would say Licht just possess him and when he manifests, the scar disappears - the way Kuubi took over Naruto.-that would also explain Yami not sensing any magic - William was not using any but it's Licht who does it when he takes over. They should be two separated IDs for them to have two grimoires.
Fanna was also possessed - but in her case she was not that willing or friendly to the elf spirit which took her over and Mars was able to break the control. In case of William, he likes Licht and cooperates willingly and Licht too let him be seeing it suit his own purpose just fine.
Sis Leon/Mereleona is stronger than current magic knights. Not sure but she may be a candidate for Emp seat. Others don't seem to be ready yet. Still I would prefer that Julius survives this encounter. T_T
So maybe Julius has one Stone with him!. And also Yuno do have a stone in his necklace, doesn't he?!. Well, got to hand it over to William's for plotting it well enough this far!.
And also while I am reading wiki on searching Magic stones..... I came across Sephirot!. It is something equivalent Jewish origin!. I dunno!

Don't they seem similar?!. I dunno much about Sephirot to claim any!. But from the appearance it seems like there are 10 Sephirah on the Sephirot which have their respective significance and importance!
By comparing it to the Black Clover's Stone Tablet...... The Ten Magic Stones are the equivalent of Ten Sephirah most likely!. If writer would have emphasized on each stone particularly.... maybe that would be easier for us to break the link!.

Yea one or both remaining stones should be with Julius- Probably why Licht went after him at the moment apart from just getting rid of him beforehand.
You maybe on to something regarding the Sephirot. We will see if Tabata explains it sometime. I agree about Nero too. Not only the stones- he was the one to point the location of the second sword to Asta. He should be connected to the grimoire or previous elf leader in some way. I hope the writers explains him at some point.
