As I watch the dust cloud form around you, I take a ready stance with my right hand near my ninja pouch on my right hip. As the two kunai emerge out of the dust cloud, I throw two normal kunai at an incredibly slight angle so as to cause the explosive kunai to lose momentum and drop to the ground. As they drop to the ground, there is an explosion due to your kunai leaving a large screen of smoke. As I see the smoke, I immediately use a wind jutsu to begin blowing the smoke towards your last location. As the smoke is hot and dangerous to breathe in directly, it can cause severe damage. Naturally, the smoke rises and as you rise, you rise into a fast moving cloud of smoke so that when you breathe in to do your wind jutsu, you choke on the smoke.

It's not a whirlwind but a stream. The name is deceptive. You kinda misinterpreted by move but it's fine. I sent the large amount of smoke from the explosions of the explosives tagged kunai to send at you to prevent you from using your wind jutsu since you would have to breathe in air in order to perform the jutsu and you would choke on it. I didn't send your large dust cloud so as soon as you would have risen out of your dust cloud, the wind would have hit you and using a large-ish scale wind jutsu that requires you to inhale beforehand would cause you to choke. So I will continue as though you quickly reacted just as my large smoke and wind combo went at you and you dodged by falling back and then continue towards me by emerging out of your dust cloud and heading towards me.

As I see you emerge from the dust cloud, about to perform your jutsu, I ready myself by loosening my arms and watching your movements closely. Just as you begin to release the powerful wave of wind, I swing my right arm in quick reaction as to release a quick wave of wind. Just as I reach the full arc of the swing, I swing back in another direct and once more in order to release an incredibly quick flurry of wind slashes that cut through your wind jutsu, timing it so that the wind jutsu is short-range of me. As you run towards me and just after performing my third swing, I bring my hands together and form the ground in front of you and just where you are at to turn into a thick, slippery mud that causes you to lose your stability for a moment and in that moment, the mud just in front of you turns into a dragon's head that fires large globs of mud at you. Pushing you back and causing you topple over quickly.
