Sure. ^^ Suiton is a good choice for a first element.

You don't need to update your bio for each individual jutsu that you learn xd I would just say to update your bio every time you learn an element through S-rank. When you do update it after learning that element through S-rank, you don't really need to go through the trouble of copying and pasting each jutsu... You can just say something like, "Knows Suiton through S-rank".

Water. Water is made up of the formula H2O. Which is 1 part Hydrogen, 2 parts oxygen. Water makes up about 70-75 percent of not just the earth, but of the human body as well which is used to maintain Homeostasis. Without water, no living organism can.......well LIVE. Water is weak against wind, strong against fire, Can erode earth if strong enough, and is a conducive of lightning. Most offensive jutsu lightning and water combos become twice as strong when used together.

It's important to know as many jutsus as possible. You never know when you'll need a specific jutsu for a specific situation

Well, first off, the jutsu "Types" should be both "Supplementary", not "Counter".

I think this jutsu is possible, but you'd need to clarify exactly how it works just a bit more. You should say that the mist is made of extremely dense water chakra, so the mist's own chakra signature cloaks your chakra. Also, clarify that when the mist is in effect, you cannot sense your opponent's chakra either.

Also, be aware that the opponent might just use an earth jutsu to raise themselves up above the jutsu, so they're out of harm's way.
