Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

This jutsu is rather useful for taijutsu combat, especially if you release the lightning into an enemy's metal weapon through your own metal weapon. Although it's not on equal footing with the Raikage's armor, it's still useful.

Focus lightning chakra all around your body and maintain it with a constant flow of chakra. Then, release the chakra in a burst.

Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

Quickly focus lightning chakra in your hands and then release it in a large, extremely fast burst.

The key to using this jutsu is speed. When used without a water jutsu, you can send lightning into/through the ground.

They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. Focus a lot of chakra in your hands after bringing them together, then slam both hands on the ground, sending a current of lightning that can arc off near your opponent.
