Whether or not it'll be enough in Shikai, though, is questionable.

*I switch my sword to my left hand, and my raitsu shield moves down into my right hand, so I'm holding it on the edge*
*I wind up, and throw the shield like a frisbee, sending it right into your blast, canceling it out*

Well, I'm out of shikai abilities.
Then...*swings sword at you, sending a huge dark crescent-shaped blast of reiatsu at you* O^OTime to use my other shikai ability

I could keep going on, using kido in combination with my shikai abilities, but that's just no fun, and uses up too much raitsu. But if I go into Bankai, it'll be no fun either.
But I have to choose the lesser of two evils here...

I forgot to say mine as well....Hisan Hoshi no Kintsuki.

My raitsu shields work like mirror images of each other. What happens to one is compensated for by the other. The waxing and waning of their power is much like the Taoist belief of Yin~Yang.
In a similar way to Ukitake's shikai, I can channel an energy blast in one shield, and out the other, using my own raitsu to instigate the process.Dammit Rag! Why?! >_< Lol*a slash appears on the figure you hit with your flash step, and it deflates*
