Hey, I don't speak any japanese, so I can't translate my custom jutsus completely.
And a lot are actual jutsus, I just haven't taken the time to memorize the japanese names of all of em. I'm not making it up as I go along -_-

right just for a little confirmation on that first move neji i did a little research and i found this...
Magnetism Release ? Ground Polarity [Magunton ? Daichi Kyokusei]
- A technique utilizing the Magnetism Element, and Focus
- Handseals: Dog, Monkey, Rooster
- Rank: C
- Effect: A skill that is a very tricky one to use, one must gather their chakra within the ground creating a negative polarity and also placing a negative polarity within their own feet. When the opponent steps onto the ground, they become stuck because of the magnetic force. While the user freely floats above the ground // Chakra Drain 60% per post // Opponent cannot move from that spot for two turns
