This one, it was declined and I was said to add some restrictions. I resubmitted it with them.

(Doton: Naiya Engo) - Earth Realease: Diamond Protection

Description: By slapping his hands on the floor and by using large amounts of his earth chakra to identify the minerals underground, the user brings up from the deepest places in the earth, a giant wall made of pure diamond that shoots up in front of the opponent and serves as an ultimate defense that can change shape at the user's will (to form a sphere, a circle etc...). Since diamond is the most hard mineral that exists, and is pratically unbreakable, this jutsu serves as a defense to almost any elemental attack. Even though it is a Doton technique, its weakness to lightning does not exist because a diamond is known not only for its toughness but as well as its excellent insulator properties. Being a non-conducter to electricity, lightning and any other element cannot penetrate the wall.
NOTE: Can only be used three times per battle since a diamond is a rare mineral.
