Description: The user first charges up lightning chakra in their fingertips. This takes a moment, making this jutsu slightly slower than preferred. However, the lightning-charged fingertips can do a slight amount of damage. After charging up the chakra, the user slashes their arm in a sweeping motion, releasing a rather large slash of pure lightning traveling at a fast rate. If this jutsu hits an opponent's body head on, it creates a large gash on the opponent and gives the blow a numbing effect. For a turn, the enemy might not actually notice the blow until feeling returns to the area.

NOTE: Cannot be used more than once per turn
NOTE: If one uses this jutsu two times over two turns, they may not use it on the next turn. (The most consecutive turns in which this jutsu may be used is two.)

Sending out four giant rings of extremely strong fire, with a slice of lightning in the center of them.

NOTE: The above attack is done at you while you are in midair when I throw you.
