This jutsu's description is a little bit misleading. I believe the battle rules say that this technique can be used twice per battle to dispel Genjutsus of B-rank and below.
I will put you under a mild Genjutsu. Then, you will make the single handseal for Kai, and fluctuate the chakra throughout your body. You have to change its flow significantly and force the effects of my Genjutsu out of your chakra system.
