[Question] Bios

Hey two questions

One: if I'm the only one witha specific bio does that mean I own that bio name?

Two: how do I find out if anyone else has a bio with the same name

Sigh. I fail at life.

Some bio's though use weird names with pics of certain characters so be careful there as well the character you wanna use may already be taken with a different name in which case you would have to ask the holder for permission to use the pics for said character.
