[Bio Test] - Stein's Minato Bio Test

- No Customs Jutsu, weapons, or Elements
- You can use the basic 5 elements up to your current rank
- As you know you will be Minato
-Your conductor shall be Scarface and he will be using a Basic Madara Uchiha Bio and he shall make the first move

Location: An open field with a nearby (10 meters away) stream.
Distance: Mid-range.

I quickly form a fuuton raqsengan in one hand and a destruction torrent in the other then slam my hands together creating:

When you use your vortex i step back and take a deep breath using,
(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves

I focus several of the waves toward your Vortex, and when they reach the vortex they cut through it. Somewhat acting as wind blade cutter, ripping through your fuuton and suiton coming toward you.


Afterwards i launch one of my special kunai in the air thus using,

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
