Alright Sasuke Uchiha.. here's your test

I will be your administrating your test and the rules are as followed:
~ Rules and Regulations according to Rei.
~ All basic elements and techniques up to your current rank are to be used.
~ Custom Jutsu's and Elements are not allowed
~ Terrain: a rocky quarry. We are in the middle with nothing but 500 foot tall cliffs on every side of us.
~ You may use Minato Namikaze's abilities up to your current rank
~ We start mid range from each other
~ If you have any questions please ask them via vm.

I will be using A, Yondaime Raikage bio for this test against you

*as soon as my clone appears I charge at you at an incredible speed (due to the effects of Lightning Release Armor) I am in short range very quickly and I use Lightning Plough Hot Sword*

Just after you make your clone I pull out one of my special Kunai.

The Flying Thunder God Kunai (飛雷神クナイ, Hiraishin Kunai) are custom-made kunai (特注クナイ, tokuchū kunai) utilized by Minato Namikaze in conjunction with his Space–Time Ninjutsu: the Flying Thunder God Technique. They differ in look from a standard kunai in that they have three blades instead of one and on the handle (which is thicker than normal) is the "marker" for Minato's teleportation ability

I launch my Flying Thunder God Kunai into the air and I perform one handseal.

I impale the clone in the back, Rasengan drill's through the lightning armor and makes contact with the lightning clones body, thus dispelling it.

When you "appear" at one of the kunai's you get paralyzed as my clone disperses electrocuting you due to when it disperses it releases pure lightning chakra and I instantly know where you are and I run at you and I perform a Guillotine Drop*

*the moment one of my clones see where you got to he immediately uses False Darkness as your performing the hand seals for Serial Waves as my clones technique doesn't require any*

*as my clone is firing off False Darkness I am using Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar*

*blinding you no matter where you go if you use FTG to avoid the False Darkness or the Barrier in which case my other clones are waiting to counter from any direction*

I teleport to a special kunai near my clone, who had ran to the left earlier and is in a different location. Flying Thunder God happen's so fast I still have time to notice an illuminating light from your body. (in the anime/ Manga the light illuminates first+ I cancel out my wind jutsu.) and my reflex -which you already know about- quickly tell's my clone to jump in front of me for protection as I covered my eyes with my forearm.

How did I know to cover my eye's? Minato can see the the basic tool structure that run's in a jutsu, thus allowing him to almost understand it immediately. Seeing it's flaw's and strength's. For example, when he analyzed Kakashi's Chidori when he first used it.
Plus it's also a bright light moving toward you quickly .
Also using the added protection of my clone in front of me, now the light is gone, so I move my clone and use,

Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken (Wind Style: Spiraling Shuriken)

I hold it in the air and I launch it at you. Rasen Shuriken comes at you at a very high speed, and let's not forget that your lightning armor is gone now . I cut's straight through any of your clones and explode's into a massive orb of slicing wind in which you are caught in. My clones blindness wear's off an he begin's to run toward Rasen Shuriken.

Alright well do to my last turn interrupting you as your performing the handseals for the Serial Waves. Your clone was never made so I am just gonna cross him out of your entire combo there

*as your covering your eyes from my Flash and due to my clones having their backs turned to the flash they are unaffected and two clones run towards you in a wide angle as another uses another False Darkness*

*at the same time my clone is using False Darkness and another is heading for you I shroud myself in the Lightning Release Armour again and grab my last clone and perform a Ligar Bomb on the area where the kunai are (I am unaffected by the clones disperse due to my lightning armour and due to you originally saying the "30" Kunai land around/near my clone pretty easy to effect that entire area with Ligar Bomb)*

*my last clone performs handseals for if you manage to prepare a counter*

Summary: While your shielding your eyes, two clones run towards you in a wide angle another is using False Darkness. While I am using Lightning Release Armour and performing a Liger Bomb on one of my clones onto the area where your kunai's are. While my last clone is performing handseals for a possible counter.

Mind you all this is happening while your shielding your eyes so you are unaware of which one is the real me until you "dodge" or counter

I begin to hear foot step's coming toward me, so I immediately realize that it is ok to uncover my eye's. By this time I understand the false darkness technique completely, so as it is coming toward me I perform one quick handseal using,

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Great Balls of Wind

Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Gamabunta
Is the boss of the toads that are summoned. He is huge (about 100 meters high) and is summoned for battles with the biggest of enemies. His sons are Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. Naruto can only summon him with the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's chakra. Without it,
Naruto can only call upon some of Gamabunta's smallest children. Gamabunta was first seen in the premiere of the series, where he and the Fourth Hokage face off against the demon fox.

*as my two clones who are running at you in a wide angle see you firing off Great Balls of Wind one of my clone quickly fires of an Intense Pain to intercept your tech before it hits my other clones False Darkness*

*as my clone is firing off the Intense Pain to Intercept your Great Balls of Wind my other clone uses Lightning Release Armour and charges directly at you at an incredible speed (making short range rather quickly) and uses Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake*

Remember due to your eyes being covered the last turn your still unaware of who the real me is. Now as for the combination I just used due to the combined speed of Lightning Release Armour AND Lightning Blade speed I am traveling at an even faster rate of speed than I was with Lightning Plough Hot Sword

*as my clones are doing that and I have completely destroyed the area your kunai's were in while I am still in my lightning release armour I quickly run at the closest cliff side and I begin to run up the side of it*

Note: That I am still standing over the Flying Thunder God Kunai that I used to counter your Lightning Flash technique.

I notice that my wind ball was countered, and at the same time your clone is covering himself with that lightning armor of yours. As you perform Raikiri, I recognize the technique, it is that of my student Kakashi Hatake, so i know what's coming. In the beginning of the move you immediately begin to zig-zag at me at a fast rate. From the first zig, I start to calculate the interval's, in which you stop completely to perform the next zag. By calculating these interval's, I can predict when you will reach me, and at this rate it will be far before the False Darkness reaches me. Of Course to any other ninja they would happen almost instantaneously.

As soon as you reach the interval before reaching me I use Flying Thunder God Jutsu, to out speed you completely. I used it with the Flying Thunder God Kunai right under me.

I impale your clone from above with my massive Oodama Rasengan, and the fuuton affinity absorb's any access Raiton chakra. Note that i am still in the air. Immediately I manipulate the Oodama Rasengan to a larger mare powerful form in a split second. I manipulate into Rasen Shuriken, and I do a quick 360 in the air while launching it at your lightning technique just before it hit's me.

Rasen Shuriken completely consumes False Darkness into nothingness. I also threw it at an angle, in which it is headed toward your clone. It slices the lightning clone right in half, again consuming any access raiton chakra with it's fuuton affinity. It is then headed straight toward you, it will end you.

I then pick up the Flying Thunder God Kunai that I teleported with, holding it in my right hand.

*as my clone who launched the False Darkness sees the Rasen Shuriken heading his way he forms a Rasengan in his hand and engulfs it in Katon chakra using Flame Rasengan and slams it into your Rasen Shuriken at the same time my clone who fired the Intense Pain uses Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave filling the entire area as I am now at the top of the cliff avoiding the water tech my clone just used (due to my increased speed of lightning armour)*

*with you and my clones all underwater, my clones disperse and become pure lightning and electrocute you as I jump into the air (Not above the water) and I focus the rest of my Lightning Release Armour into my right hand and I use 1,000 Birds Thunderclap*

*I blast the Giant Thunder Bolt into the giant water orb my clone had just made directly at your location and completely electrocuting everything else inside the orb.*

As soon as I notice that your clone managed to counter my Rasen Shuriken, I notice what is most likely to be the real you on the top of the cliff. I immediately launch the remaining Flying Thunder God Kunai in my hand aligning it from your body at a 100° angle, so if it got close it would only fly past you, but still be very close to your body.

I basically only focus the entire move on my kunai, which makes it move even faster through the air. So at this point the Flying Thunder God Kunai is moving at an incredibly high speed, it is almost untraceable unless you are a highly skilled shinobi, and your water technique is quickly accumulating by now. You are also performing (or getting readyto perform) thunder clap. I pull a Flying Thunder God Kunai from my ninja tool pouch and hold it in my left hand. You have no time to look for flying kunai that you could barely see. Once it gets close enough it fly's past you and behind you, just before the waves get me I use,

Now you don't notice me, you are nowhere near quick enough. My speed is unmatched at this point and there's no time to react at all, you are throwing thunderclap now. I have a pre-created Rasengan in my right hand already willing to take you out, and my Flying Thunder God Kunai in my left.

I impale you in the back with my Rasengan, it drill's into your back blasting you into the air follow'd up by my throwing my flying thunder god kunai in my left hand at you, at such an angle that it goes past, and around you. I then teleport to that kunai and impale you with another Rasengan that expand's and send's you into your water jutsu. I then land on the cliff where you were standing.
