Alright Migualon J.J.

I will be your administrating your test and the rules are as followed:
~ Rules and Regulations according to Rei.
~ All basic elements and techniques up to your current rank are to be used.
~ Custom Jutsu's and Elements are not allowed
~ Terrain: A rock Quarry with 500 foot tall cliffs every direction of us at long range. We are mid range from one another.
~ You may use A, Yondaime Raikage's abilities up to your current rank
~ We start mid range from each other
~ If you have any questions please ask them via vm.

I will be using Minato Namikaze for this bio test against you.

Please give a link to your bio that your testing for and then I will make the first move.

No one other than myself and the participant may post here. If required, administrators/moderators and official senseis can input their opinion as well.

*as I say that I am placing my FTG Seal on the ground below me with one hand and with the other I have it holding three of my special kunai and I quickly stand back up throwing two of them in an arching manor with one aimed slightly above you and the other more up in the air not aimed at anything in particular and as they leave my hand I use Shuriken Shadow Clone*

*after you create 10 copies of that top kunai, i take control of all the kunais in the air (meaning copies, and those 2 original ones) by using Soushuuha and quickly send them right back at you, as i send them back, i immediately activate my Raiton No Yoro and in like 2 seconds i get behind you and hit you with my Rariatto into your chest from behind*

This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a Nintaijutsu. However due to being enveloped by lightning chakra, wind techniques cause more damage.

(Rariatto) - Lightning Plough Hot Sword

*the moment I see you turn all my thrown kunai back at me and go into your lightning armour, with you no longer in front of me I immediately know your going to attempt to strike me in my blind spot and I use Flying Thunder God to the closest kunai (which would be short range of me and slightly above me) to me just as your about to strike where I was and without grabbing the kunai I have one arm and hand extended behind me and one extended in front of me and with that one in front of me I use Oodama Rasengan right on top of you*

Please Note: As per Zen, Minato is able to keep track of A even in his armour. But also due to me not caring about that speed chart when this battle is involved (since Minato did easily avoid A's fastest punch in the manga).

Also Due to the fact that you were using Lightning Armour and Lightning Plough Hot Sword (Lariat), your unable to dodge my first Oodama Rasengan due to the speed you were going and that Lariat is a straight forward short.

Sorry Mig JJ, but unlike Naruto, Jiraiya or Kakashi you wouldn't have to to essentially "see" Minato creating a Rasengan as he is the creator of it and can form it nearly instantaneously even after performing his FTG.....

Minato's Rasengan Description

Minato spent three years creating the Rasengan by observing the Tailed Beast Ball. It is the highest level of shape transformation. The technique does not need hand signs, instead using a concentration of spinning chakra in the form of a sphere in the user's palm, which inflicts immense damage to its target on contact. As its creator, Minato had great mastery over the Rasengan, able to form it with one hand and his standard version being slightly larger than the Rasengan used by other characters. The lack of elaborate preparations needed for the Rasengan gave Minato an advantage over other technique users in battle; in his fight with Madara, he is able to form a Rasengan right after throwing a marked kunai at his opponent, allowing him to land a devastating blow at Madara immediately after performing the Flying Thunder God Technique. He had intended to combine the Rasengan with his own nature transformation, but the task was too difficult to complete before his untimely death.

Given example in the description is when he and Madara fought. Also as stated in the description he doesn't need to take time to create the rasengan in his hand, which gave him the advantage when using the said technique.

Also using Chidori Nagashi to counteract Oodama Rasengan wouldn't have essentially worked in the first place. Sorry
