Standing at 6’0”, Kōtetsu has wild unkempt black hair, crimson eyes that give off an intense gaze, and distinctive red fang markings on his cheeks. His attire consists of a black ankle-length tailcoat that splits into three separate segments starting from just below his waist, a gray lightweight steel-plated chest piece with gold accents, black pants, and a pair of red gloves. He can regularly be seen sporting a black and white, birdlike domino mask, which he only removes in the presence of those who have earned his trust. In addition to this, he also wears a holster that hangs from the side of his belt that holds his Chokutō in place on his side and wears a black armband with a red crimson moon embroidery on his left bicep, in memory of one of his fallen comrades.

Like all Inuzuka, Kōtetsu has canine-like features, with his nails being as sharp as razors and his teeth having a fang-like look to them. Due to the permanent fusion he maintains with his Ninken through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige, Kōtetsu can manifest Shiranui’s tails from his tail bone, which he can control at will.

Kōtetsu has an aggressive personality by nature and incredibly short-tempered. He speaks his mind freely, is incredibly straightforward, somewhat cocky, and confident, even when his own life is in danger. Despite his rough nature, and even though he is a bit wary of humans outside of his clan, Kōtetsu is loyal to a fault to the few people he trusts. Kōtetsu has a bad habit of taunting his enemies in battle, even when he’s at a disadvantage, and he also has a flair for showing off and making dramatic decisions.

Kōtetsu is free-spirited, dislikes being tied down, and has an unquenchable thirst for adventure. Despite his looks, he is quite scholarly, and his natural curiosity and ability to absorb information earned him the nickname “Ashherah”, one who seeks. He also places a lot of importance on spoken oaths and promises, and as such never goes back on his word.[/JUSTIFY]

[JUSTIFY]Born deep within Zhouhua’s forest region in the year 788, Kōtetsu’s cries echoed throughout the ancestral homeland of his people. His parents Sýr Inuzuka, the current head of the Inuzuka Clan, and Izuri Inuzuki, a warrior who originally hailed from the Badlands Of Earth, already feared for the future their child would have to face. You see, over 200 years before Kōtetsu’s birth the Inuzuka clan had split into two factions. The first faction consisted of the clan members who dwelled in Zhouhua, while the other faction had left the forest and found a place for themselves in The Freehold of Hanguri. This group rose in status until eventually, in 552 Sai Inuzuka was elected as the 29th Daijō-daijin.

Due to this precedent, the Hanguri faction began to gather gifted children in Chungsu. They educated them, trained them in various fields, and nurtured them into skilled leaders, whether it be in politics, business or the military, all in the hope of one day producing another Daijō-daijin. Over the years it became a sort of tradition for the Inuzuka clan members to send their firstborn child to Chungsu, and now it was Kōtetsu’s turn to make the journey. Shortly after his third birthday, he was brought to the capital of The Freehold of Hanguri, where his affinity for steel release was discovered. It was also here that he met his lifelong friend and swordmaster, Keotsu.

Kōtetsu would spend the next thirteen years going through harsh training in various arts. From medical ninjutsu to kenjutsu, he mastered everything his instructors threw at him. He developed a habit of sneaking out and exploring Chungsu’s nightlife. He became notorious for doing this and eventually, his nightly strolls were known and anticipated by the merchants and scholars of the city. It was during one of these strolls that Kōtetsu came across a drunk man assaulting a woman. Naturally, he couldn’t sit still and watch. He approached the man and the two began to argue, but seeing no progress Kōtetsu physically repelled him, causing him to fall and hurt his head.

The scene they caused alerted some patrolling soldiers, but instead of being praised for his action, the Inuzuka was instead arrested and prisoned beneath the man’s mansion. As it turns out, the man he had injured turned out to be an influential and corrupt politician called Shido Masayoshi, who bribed the guard to apprehend Kōtetsu, lock him up in the mansion, and cover up any rumors or trace in regards to his disappearance. He was held by Shido for months, slowly being tortured and beaten. It eventually reached the point where the young Inuzuka stopped fighting back and lost hope of ever escaping from that hellish place.

Then one night the earth shook and the mansion walls crumbled, freeing his shackles from the ruined building. Kōtetsu crawled through the rubble until he reached the surface, and he would never forget what he saw the night. He didn’t know it at the time, but what he witnessed was the Kyūbi no Yōko as it razed the capital city. Everything was either on fire or destroyed by the large beast. Kōtetsu began to make his escape, but as he walked through what was left of Shido’s mansion, his ears picked up the sound of crying. He went to investigate, and after moving some pieces of rubble he came across three small wolf cubs, so young that their eyes had yet to open, curled up around a black sword.

Taking the cubs and sword with him the Inuzuka fled Hanguri and returned to the Land of Fire. With barely any provision, the journey to his birthplace was more difficult than he expected. After a month of traveling, Kōtetsu finally arrived in Zhouhua, and upon entering the deep forest he was met by a number of his clansmen. As they surrounded him, a lone woman approached him. Her eyes welled up with tears as she hugged Kōtetsu and whispered, “My name is Sýr, and I am your mother”.

Kōtetsu would spend the next few years amongst his clan, getting to know his family and training in the Inuzuka clan’s techniques. During this time he also went on several adventures throughout the Land of Fire and his father’s homeland in the Badlands of Earth. During this time Kōtetsu didn’t just focus on his clan abilities, but made sure to practice his other skills. Having grown tired of the forest, the Inuzuka departed upon a new adventure….[/JUSTIFY]

[JUSTIFY][B]Inuzuka Baseline:[/B] As a member of the Inuzuka Clan Kōtetsu not only has a passive +15 damage to Taijutsu involving his hands, but he also possesses greatly enhanced senses, especially his sense of smell and his sense of hearing. By concentrating chakra to his nose his sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing him to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away. He maintains a permanent fusion with Shiranui, Ryūjin, and Fūjin through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige, which serve to enhance his senses to the point where he can accurately gauge the strength of both people and techniques.

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.

Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)
- In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)
- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 200 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.[/SPOILER][/INDENT]

[B]Ninken:[/B] Shiranui, Ryūjin, and Fūjin are High Breeds and Kōtetsu's constant companions. As High Breeds, they're not only faster, stronger, and larger than normal ninken, but are also capable of human speech. These three are white wolves with crimson celestial markings covering their fur, with Shiranui’s markings being the most complex. They are five feet tall and wear crimson-colored bracers on each leg, which when twisted in a certain manner can momentarily release a short steel blade three inches in length from within. As a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create them, many high breeds have experienced genetic mutations, and these three are no different. Shiranui genetic mutation resulted in her being born with three tails that she can control separately, and she has an affinity for fire. Ryūjin and Fūjin both suffer from heterochromia, a mutation that resulted in one of their eyes being crimson and the other an amber-like color. Ryūjin has an affinity for lightning, while Fūjin has an affinity for wind. Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. The High Breed also hold a greater affinity to chakra than normal Ninken, ensuring that they excel at walking on water, tree climbing and chakra based Inuzuka techniques, with their actual chakra being dense and bountiful, holding a chakra supply equal to half of their Inuzuka partner and also possessing an affinity towards at least one element. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques).

Note:
- Must either be posted in the users bio (Along with an explanation of how they met a High Breed and a description of their High Breed) or posted at the start of a battle. (In which case their High Breed by default will simply look like a wolf that, for it's age, is up to twice larger than any known Ninken.)
- Kuromaru - the only Ninken who has displayed articulation abilities to date, is a High Breed descendant, and is the result of an experiment to water down the thick blood of High Breeds to create a less talented, yet as a result more tame, and still somewhat remarkable Ninken.
- High Breeds receive a +20 damage boost to their Inuzuka techniques, and are a rank faster than their Inuzuka counterpart.
- High Breeds are capable of healing faster than normal Ninkens, on it's own this means little in battle, aside from the fact that they are capable of recovering from minor scratches over the course of three turns, and that they rarely suffer from fatigue, capable of running for days on end without tiring.[/SPOILER][/INDENT]

[B]Kenjutsu:[/B] The art of the sword is one of Kōtetsu’s most preferred methods of combat. He honed this skill alongside his lifelong friend, who discovered a way to impart the abilities of his own weapon upon Kōtetsu's blade, a ritual that greatly enhanced the power of his kenjutsu techniques.

Description: Keotsu's legendary blade Mythos has been with him through trials and tribulations of all sorts; and in turn, Keotsu has used his strength to help his friends through their own challenges. The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago.
*Note: Cannot be used in battle. The purpose of this technique is to allow others to be able to use Mythos.
*Note: True to the blade, if a piece of Mythos is ever used against Keotsu, this technique will "deactivate", and that person will be as if they could not have used Mythos in the first place.
*Note: Those who Keotsu teaches "Brother" will be able to use (Ten'notsurugi: Mythos, Jinsei no Sāberu) Astrum Sword: Mythos, Vita Saber with all of its abilities, except the ability to change shape. 
*Note: Ani-infused weapons do not have to be summoned into battle, and can be carried into battle like a traditional Custom Weapon so long as the user's bio states they carry an Ani-Infused weapon.

Description:[ "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle: offensive Kenjutsu techniques and Command Arts have their power increased by +20, and defensive and supplementary Kenjutsu and Command Arts are increased in their effectiveness by +20 (that is, a defensive technique that is A-rank (60 damage) would be capable of now defending from an S-rank (80 damage) ; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.

*The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
*Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it too heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.
*While the sword can transform into different types of weapons, like a katana or spear, it is bound by its mass, meaning that the form it takes on has to be within the realms of creating from the same amount of matter.
*While Mythos is in hand, Keotsu is unable to cast Genjutsu at all.[/SPOILER][/SPOILER][/INDENT]

[B]Infinite One-Sword Style:[/B] The IOSS usually required a unique case that held a multitude of blades, but because of its size Kōtetsu found it difficult to carry around. He combated this problem by having the case sealed within a small specialized scroll that he keeps strapped to the right side of his waist. By simply opening the scroll the case will appear, or he can throw the scroll skyward to summon the weapons directly.

Description: The user will throw into the air a large container of katana that are wrapped in some sort of cloth or wire in order to bind them for easy travel – while in the air, a seemingly endless number of katana will slide from their casing and scatter all across the battlefield to supply the user with swords to fight with no matter where they are; conversely, the swords can be summoned from scrolls in the same manner as Tenten’s weapons. This technique was created with the belief that a swordsman didn’t need a perfect sword, but rather, the ability to wield any sword with great skill. Each sword has a mechanism built into their hilt that allows only those who know how to use this technique to wield the swords. If someone with no knowledge of how to use this technique attempts to wield one of these blades, needles will extended from the hilt, much like how Samehada does. Due to this, the Infinite One-Sword Style not only assists the swordsman and his allies in battle, but also puts an extreme amount of psychological pressure on the opponent, due to the sheer number of blades.

Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.

-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed

Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use. 
Description of Side Effects: 
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.

Description: To understand this technique, one must understand that handseals are simply a way to mold and shape the chakra that goes into a technique. Each handseal shapes the chakra in a unique way and when chained together to form techniques, they make the users chakra form a certain way to release it. One can mimic this temporarily by using a sealing technique to focus ones chakra through it, mimicking the use of handseals. This seal combines these two aspects into one seal. By having a tattoo of all 12 handseals on one of the users arms, he may focus chakra into them when using a technique. The seals will passively rearrange themselves along the users body corresponding to the seals and the order of them that are used in the technique. When each seal on the user's body is filled with chakra, the technique will be released. Thus, the user can replace the handseals of any technique that is released from his body. This, however, can only be applied to the basic 5 elements.
-Must be present in the users bio.
-Can only be used 2 times per battle, once per turn in one technique, 2 turns apart.
-Last use revokes the users elemental specialty, requiring for all techniques the normal number of handseals after that point.

This allows the user to release Jutsu from this instrument or item of choice as long as it's in the form of a streamed jutsu, like Great Majestic Annihilation or a projectile like Water Bullet. A one time use seal, this can be applied either in battle or pre applied before battle by placing in the user's bio. After applied, lasts until the user cancels it. In order for this to work, the weapon has to be in contact with the user's body or said jutsu will be released from their original point of release.

The user will apply a seal on the blade portion of their sword. Doing this, the user is able to slash at anything that pertains to chakra in it, be it medical chakra, other forms of chakra. (excludes senjutsu or fuinjutsu). By doing this, the moment the user slashes at something, the seal instantly activates, sealing the chakra inside said technique, allowing for the slash to disperse the technique. This makes it look like everything the user cuts at, gets slashed and dispersed.

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.
A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.[/SPOILER][/INDENT]

[B]Summoning Contracts:[/B] Kōtetsu is the holder of the Rat Summoning Contract, which includes all rodents under the Rattus Genus that reside within the Underland of the Ninja World. He also has access to the Rat Techniques, the supporting ninjutsu of the Rat Contract. He possesses a small tattoo for this summoning contract on his left shoulder. He is also a signer of the Columbidae Contract, which includes all Doves that dwell in Eden. He possesses a small tattoo for this summoning contract on the back of his right shoulder. 

[B]Weaponry & Tools:[/B] Kusanagi: "Heaven Splitting Sword". Crafted by a master swordsmith, Kusanagi is a chokutō that Kōtetsu took while fleeing the destroyed capital of Chungsu after the Kyūbi’s attack. Though it was considered a national treasure, Kusanagi’s steel blade was shrouded within a dark legacy, with some saying that it brought out the murderous intent within a person, while other rumors claimed that the rage resided within the blade itself. A bit larger than a normal chokutō, the blade is an inky black, has a crimson lanyard on its hilt, and its sheath sported the same color but had a single red line spanning down the center. 

Kōtetsu has a wide assortment of shuriken and kunai, flash and smoke bombs, and ninja wire in the pouch strapped to his left leg. He also has several small scrolls, pre-made sealing tags, and various other ninja tools stored in another pouch that he wears strapped to the back of his waist for easy access. Kōtetsu also possesses a heavy-duty version of the standard paper bombs. This tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag and has the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” written on them. These tags can't be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance.

Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.

Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession.

It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.

Description: Said to have once been regularly worn by the 29th Daijō-daijin, Sai Inuzuka, Chungsu’s Peace is a unique artifact made from chakra reactive metal that grants it unique transformative properties to lessen the sensory burden on individuals with enhanced senses. In its initial state, the black and white, birdlike domino mask simply serves to protect the user from blinding effects from bright lights. It’s only when the mask is transformed into one of its two forms that the passive abilities it possesses reveal themselves. The first ability grants the wearer passive immunity to all hindering sound techniques A rank and below, to include illusions triggered by sounds. The second ability grants the user passive immunity to foul stenches and strong odors, protecting them from inhaling airborne particulates such as fumes, vapors, poison gases, and airborne microorganisms that are either naturally occurring or the result of A-rank and below techniques. Once it's abilities have been used, the mask returns to its initial state.

Appearance

Standing at 6’0”, Kōtetsu has wild unkempt black hair, crimson eyes that give off an intense gaze, and distinctive red fang markings on his cheeks. His attire consists of a black ankle-length tailcoat that splits into three separate segments starting from just below his waist, a gray lightweight steel-plated chest piece with gold accents, black pants, and a pair of red gloves. He can regularly be seen sporting a black and white, birdlike domino mask, which he only removes in the presence of those who have earned his trust. In addition to this, he also wears a holster that hangs from the side of his belt that holds his Chokutō in place on his side and wears a black armband with a red crimson moon embroidery on his left bicep, in memory of one of his fallen comrades. Like all Inuzuka, Kōtetsu has canine-like features, with his nails being as sharp as razors and his teeth having a fang-like look to them. Due to the permanent fusion he maintains with his Ninken through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige, Kōtetsu can manifest Shiranui’s tails from his tail bone, which he can control at will.
Personality

Kōtetsu has an aggressive personality by nature and incredibly short-tempered. He speaks his mind freely, is incredibly straightforward, somewhat cocky, and confident, even when his own life is in danger. Despite his rough nature, and even though he is a bit wary of humans outside of his clan, Kōtetsu is loyal to a fault to the few people he trusts. Kōtetsu has a bad habit of taunting his enemies in battle, even when he’s at a disadvantage, and he also has a flair for showing off and making dramatic decisions. Kōtetsu is free-spirited, dislikes being tied down, and has an unquenchable thirst for adventure. Despite his looks, he is quite scholarly, and his natural curiosity and ability to absorb information earned him the nickname “Ashherah”, one who seeks. He also places a lot of importance on spoken oaths and promises, and as such never goes back on his word.​

Background Information

Born deep within Zhouhua’s forest region in the year 788, Kōtetsu’s cries echoed throughout the ancestral homeland of his people. His parents Sýr Inuzuka, the current head of the Inuzuka Clan, and Izuri Inuzuki, a warrior who originally hailed from the Badlands Of Earth, already feared for the future their child would have to face. You see, over 200 years before Kōtetsu’s birth the Inuzuka clan had split into two factions. The first faction consisted of the clan members who dwelled in Zhouhua, while the other faction had left the forest and found a place for themselves in The Freehold of Hanguri. This group rose in status until eventually, in 552 Sai Inuzuka was elected as the 29th Daijō-daijin. Due to this precedent, the Hanguri faction began to gather gifted children in Chungsu. They educated them, trained them in various fields, and nurtured them into skilled leaders, whether it be in politics, business or the military, all in the hope of one day producing another Daijō-daijin. Over the years it became a sort of tradition for the Inuzuka clan members to send their firstborn child to Chungsu, and now it was Kōtetsu’s turn to make the journey. Shortly after his third birthday, he was brought to the capital of The Freehold of Hanguri, where his affinity for steel release was discovered. It was also here that he met his lifelong friend and swordmaster, Keotsu. Kōtetsu would spend the next thirteen years going through harsh training in various arts. From medical ninjutsu to kenjutsu, he mastered everything his instructors threw at him. He developed a habit of sneaking out and exploring Chungsu’s nightlife. He became notorious for doing this and eventually, his nightly strolls were known and anticipated by the merchants and scholars of the city. It was during one of these strolls that Kōtetsu came across a drunk man assaulting a woman. Naturally, he couldn’t sit still and watch. He approached the man and the two began to argue, but seeing no progress Kōtetsu physically repelled him, causing him to fall and hurt his head. The scene they caused alerted some patrolling soldiers, but instead of being praised for his action, the Inuzuka was instead arrested and prisoned beneath the man’s mansion. As it turns out, the man he had injured turned out to be an influential and corrupt politician called Shido Masayoshi, who bribed the guard to apprehend Kōtetsu, lock him up in the mansion, and cover up any rumors or trace in regards to his disappearance. He was held by Shido for months, slowly being tortured and beaten. It eventually reached the point where the young Inuzuka stopped fighting back and lost hope of ever escaping from that hellish place. Then one night the earth shook and the mansion walls crumbled, freeing his shackles from the ruined building. Kōtetsu crawled through the rubble until he reached the surface, and he would never forget what he saw the night. He didn’t know it at the time, but what he witnessed was the Kyūbi no Yōko as it razed the capital city. Everything was either on fire or destroyed by the large beast. Kōtetsu began to make his escape, but as he walked through what was left of Shido’s mansion, his ears picked up the sound of crying. He went to investigate, and after moving some pieces of rubble he came across three small wolf cubs, so young that their eyes had yet to open, curled up around a black sword. Taking the cubs and sword with him the Inuzuka fled Hanguri and returned to the Land of Fire. With barely any provision, the journey to his birthplace was more difficult than he expected. After a month of traveling, Kōtetsu finally arrived in Zhouhua, and upon entering the deep forest he was met by a number of his clansmen. As they surrounded him, a lone woman approached him. Her eyes welled up with tears as she hugged Kōtetsu and whispered, “My name is Sýr, and I am your mother”. Kōtetsu would spend the next few years amongst his clan, getting to know his family and training in the Inuzuka clan’s techniques. During this time he also went on several adventures throughout the Land of Fire and his father’s homeland in the Badlands of Earth. During this time Kōtetsu didn’t just focus on his clan abilities, but made sure to practice his other skills. Having grown tired of the forest, the Inuzuka departed upon a new adventure….​

Inuzuka Baseline: As a member of the Inuzuka Clan Kōtetsu not only has a passive +15 damage to Taijutsu involving his hands, but he also possesses greatly enhanced senses, especially his sense of smell and his sense of hearing. By concentrating chakra to his nose his sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing him to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away. He maintains a permanent fusion with Shiranui, Ryūjin, and Fūjin through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige, which serve to enhance his senses to the point where he can accurately gauge the strength of both people and techniques.
Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Lesser Oblige
Rank: S Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive Range: Short Chakra Cost: 40 ( -15 per turn ) Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead. Note: - Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too) - In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time. - This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions) - For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 200 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.
Ninken: Shiranui, Ryūjin, and Fūjin are High Breeds and Kōtetsu's constant companions. As High Breeds, they're not only faster, stronger, and larger than normal ninken, but are also capable of human speech. These three are white wolves with crimson celestial markings covering their fur, with Shiranui’s markings being the most complex. They are five feet tall and wear crimson-colored bracers on each leg, which when twisted in a certain manner can momentarily release a short steel blade three inches in length from within. As a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create them, many high breeds have experienced genetic mutations, and these three are no different. Shiranui genetic mutation resulted in her being born with three tails that she can control separately, and she has an affinity for fire. Ryūjin and Fūjin both suffer from heterochromia, a mutation that resulted in one of their eyes being crimson and the other an amber-like color. Ryūjin has an affinity for lightning, while Fūjin has an affinity for wind. One genetic mutation they all share is the almost unnatural way their fur grows on certain parts of their body.

Haiburīdo | The High Breed
Type: Supplementary Rank: N/A Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A Damage Points: N/A Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. The High Breed also hold a greater affinity to chakra than normal Ninken, ensuring that they excel at walking on water, tree climbing and chakra based Inuzuka techniques, with their actual chakra being dense and bountiful, holding a chakra supply equal to half of their Inuzuka partner and also possessing an affinity towards at least one element. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques). Note: - Must either be posted in the users bio (Along with an explanation of how they met a High Breed and a description of their High Breed) or posted at the start of a battle. (In which case their High Breed by default will simply look like a wolf that, for it's age, is up to twice larger than any known Ninken.) - Kuromaru - the only Ninken who has displayed articulation abilities to date, is a High Breed descendant, and is the result of an experiment to water down the thick blood of High Breeds to create a less talented, yet as a result more tame, and still somewhat remarkable Ninken. - High Breeds receive a +20 damage boost to their Inuzuka techniques, and are a rank faster than their Inuzuka counterpart. - High Breeds are capable of healing faster than normal Ninkens, on it's own this means little in battle, aside from the fact that they are capable of recovering from minor scratches over the course of three turns, and that they rarely suffer from fatigue, capable of running for days on end without tiring.
Kenjutsu: The art of the sword is one of Kōtetsu’s most preferred methods of combat. He honed this skill alongside his lifelong friend, who discovered a way to impart the abilities of his own weapon upon Kōtetsu's blade, a ritual that greatly enhanced the power of his kenjutsu techniques.
(Ani) Brother (Passive)
Type: Supplementary Rank: N/A Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A Damage: N/A Description: Keotsu's legendary blade Mythos has been with him through trials and tribulations of all sorts; and in turn, Keotsu has used his strength to help his friends through their own challenges. The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago. *Note: Cannot be used in battle. The purpose of this technique is to allow others to be able to use Mythos. *Note: True to the blade, if a piece of Mythos is ever used against Keotsu, this technique will "deactivate", and that person will be as if they could not have used Mythos in the first place. *Note: Those who Keotsu teaches "Brother" will be able to use (Ten'notsurugi: Mythos, Jinsei no Sāberu) Astrum Sword: Mythos, Vita Saber with all of its abilities, except the ability to change shape. *Note: Ani-infused weapons do not have to be summoned into battle, and can be carried into battle like a traditional Custom Weapon so long as the user's bio states they carry an Ani-Infused weapon. Rank: N/A Type: Weapon Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A Damage: +20 to Kenjutsu and Command Arts Description:[ "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle: offensive Kenjutsu techniques and Command Arts have their power increased by +20, and defensive and supplementary Kenjutsu and Command Arts are increased in their effectiveness by +20 (that is, a defensive technique that is A-rank (60 damage) would be capable of now defending from an S-rank (80 damage) ; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms. *The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves. *Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it too heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it. *While the sword can transform into different types of weapons, like a katana or spear, it is bound by its mass, meaning that the form it takes on has to be within the realms of creating from the same amount of matter. *While Mythos is in hand, Keotsu is unable to cast Genjutsu at all.
Infinite One-Sword Style: The IOSS usually required a unique case that held a multitude of blades, but because of its size Kōtetsu found it difficult to carry around. He combated this problem by having the case sealed within a small specialized scroll that he keeps strapped to the right side of his waist. By simply opening the scroll the case will appear, or he can throw the scroll skyward to summon the weapons directly.
(Mugen Ittōryū) Infinite One-Sword Style
Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Long Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A Description: The user will throw into the air a large container of katana that are wrapped in some sort of cloth or wire in order to bind them for easy travel – while in the air, a seemingly endless number of katana will slide from their casing and scatter all across the battlefield to supply the user with swords to fight with no matter where they are; conversely, the swords can be summoned from scrolls in the same manner as Tenten’s weapons. This technique was created with the belief that a swordsman didn’t need a perfect sword, but rather, the ability to wield any sword with great skill. Each sword has a mechanism built into their hilt that allows only those who know how to use this technique to wield the swords. If someone with no knowledge of how to use this technique attempts to wield one of these blades, needles will extended from the hilt, much like how Samehada does. Due to this, the Infinite One-Sword Style not only assists the swordsman and his allies in battle, but also puts an extreme amount of psychological pressure on the opponent, due to the sheer number of blades. *Only Musasibou, Akiza, and KeotsuEclipse can teach this. *Can only be used once per battle. *Only users of this technique may wield the swords.
Weight Training: Kōtetsu has undergone the harsh training method known as special weight training. It took him years to get used to the added weight strapped to his legs, and as a result of this he now able to move with enhanced speed when the weights are removed.
(Katai Omori) Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary Rank: A-rank Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.
(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary Rank: A-Rank Range: Short Chakra: N/A Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed) Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Medical Ninjutsu: Kōtetsu has also received medical training and has extensive knowledge of medicines and the human body. He carries several pills on his person that can quickly be used in times of need. He also carries a scroll with medical tools sealed within.
(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use. (Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use. Description of Side Effects: -Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill. -Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns. -Costs a move per turn to use.
(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach Description of Side Effects: -Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma. -Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes fainting from lack of blood to the head after 4 turns. -Costs a move per turn to use.
(Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Eisei Yougu) Summoning technique: Medical tools
Type: Supplementary Rank: B-Rank Range: N/A Chakra cost: 20 Damage: N/A Description: The medical Ninja will bite his thumb and do the summoning handseals before pressing his palm on the scroll. He will summon any of the medical tools he needs that are listed on the scroll, all or just one, depending on his own needs. Note: This can only be used by Medical Shinobi. List of summoning items: メス - scalpel, sterilized ナイフ - knife アルコール - a bottle of 96% ethanol for disinfection 水 - a bottle of sterilized water スポイト - syringe, sterile, for one time use only アドレナリン - adrenaline, to be injected intravasulary, induces faster heartbeat 包帯 - bandage, sterile, 8 meters in length 血液 - a set of everything you need to draw someones blood (Sterile syringe, vacuum system and a test tube.) 温度計 - mercury thermometer, for axillary or rectal use ベッド - a mobile bed to carry patients バグ - bug spray, effective against all bugs, lasts for 2 turns (used in cases when your patient is having a reaction to multiple bug stings, and there are still some bugs around it, so you spray-kill them. Kills bugs up to A rank if they've been created/summoned from a jutsu like the Aburame techniques) テント - a small tent, just enough for two people to lie in 光 - a flashlight ガスマスク - gas mask with a bottle of oxygen that lasts 5 turns (Not 100% effective against all types of poison/gas. The purpose is to protect the user from breathing in toxic substances, keeping the lungs safe. However, if the poison gets absorbed through the pores of the skin it will still affect you). 流体 - a set to start an intravenous fluid addition line, helpful with dehydration amongst many other conditions モルタル - mortar and pestle, chemically clean スプーン - spoon, sterile パテ - putty knife, metal, sterile 研究所 - a small tent. Into the walls of that house, parts of Nexus' eyes DNA have been inserted, so now it mixes Time And Relative Dimensions In Space , creating an effect of being larger on the inside then it is on the outside. Inside is an advanced ninja laboratory with everything needed to create antidotes and medicines.
Fūinjutsu: Kōtetsu has several seals across his body that serve to either support, protect, or empower him in battle. The first seal Raikō Kenka is located on the bottom of his right wrist. The second seal, Nankaina Oshie, is located on his left arm. The third seal, Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu, is located on his left shoulder blade. In addition to these, he has the Hecate's Nekutai seal placed on his chokutō's hilt, and the Shi no Ōgama seal is placed on the weapon's blade. Lastly, he possesses Dākutaimuzu, a Dream Sand technique that amongst other things allowed him to empower the effects of his seals.
(Kuchiyose: Raikō Kenka) - Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation
Rank: B-Rank Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: N/A (-5 per tool/weapon) Damage points: N/A Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers. Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks.
Fuuinjutsu: Nankaina Oshie - Sealing Arts: Arcane Teachings
Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: N/A (30 for the activation of the seal, +20 chakra on the technique) Damage:N/A Description: To understand this technique, one must understand that handseals are simply a way to mold and shape the chakra that goes into a technique. Each handseal shapes the chakra in a unique way and when chained together to form techniques, they make the users chakra form a certain way to release it. One can mimic this temporarily by using a sealing technique to focus ones chakra through it, mimicking the use of handseals. This seal combines these two aspects into one seal. By having a tattoo of all 12 handseals on one of the users arms, he may focus chakra into them when using a technique. The seals will passively rearrange themselves along the users body corresponding to the seals and the order of them that are used in the technique. When each seal on the user's body is filled with chakra, the technique will be released. Thus, the user can replace the handseals of any technique that is released from his body. This, however, can only be applied to the basic 5 elements. -Must be present in the users bio. -Can only be used 2 times per battle, once per turn in one technique, 2 turns apart. -Last use revokes the users elemental specialty, requiring for all techniques the normal number of handseals after that point. -Can only be used on techniques that are released from the users body. -First activation of the seal costs 30 chakra points and counts as a move. Each technique used through it costs 20 more than normal.
(Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

It seals everything within a large, nearby, spherical into the users body. Note: Can only be activated upon the users death. Note: The placement of this seal must be stated on the user's biography.
( Fuuinjutsu: Hecate's Nekutai ) - Sealing Arts: Hecate's Binding
Type: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short Chakra cost: 15 ( -5 each turn ) Damage points: N/A Description: The user forms a Fuuinjutsu that is simple in nature yet advanced in it's applications. Channeling chakra, the user creates a seal that is applied to a weapon of the user's choice. The purpose of this seal is to extend the user's chakra manipulation through an instrument of his choosing. This allows the user to release Jutsu from this instrument or item of choice as long as it's in the form of a streamed jutsu, like Great Majestic Annihilation or a projectile like Water Bullet. A one time use seal, this can be applied either in battle or pre applied before battle by placing in the user's bio. After applied, lasts until the user cancels it. In order for this to work, the weapon has to be in contact with the user's body or said jutsu will be released from their original point of release. Note: Can only be used on weapons the user owns. Note: This seal also binds the weapon to the user, meaning it can't be lost unless the user himself throws it away.
(Fuinjutsu/Kenjutsu : Shi no Ōgama) - Sealing/Sword Arts: Lost Blades
Rank: S Type: Offensive Range: Short Chakra Cost: 40 Damage points: N/a Description: Lost blades is a very unique type of technique. Applying both sealing techniques with kenjutsu, making the technique, Lost Blades. The user will apply a seal on the blade portion of their sword. Doing this, the user is able to slash at anything that pertains to chakra in it, be it medical chakra, other forms of chakra. (excludes senjutsu or fuinjutsu). By doing this, the moment the user slashes at something, the seal instantly activates, sealing the chakra inside said technique, allowing for the slash to disperse the technique. This makes it look like everything the user cuts at, gets slashed and dispersed. Note: Can use two times per battle Note: Both Fuin and Kenjutsu is S rank, allowing the user to seal S rank and below Note: The seal is pre-applied to the sword before battle. After usage, the user has to manually apply the seal to the sword again (This portion does not take up a move slot, but using the technique does) Note: Seal stays dormant until clashes with other technique
( Yumeton | Dākutaimuzu) - Dream Sand: Dark Times
Rank: A-S Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Long Chakra: 30/40 Damage: N/A Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal. A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.
Summoning Contracts: Kōtetsu is the holder of the Rat Summoning Contract, which includes all rodents under the Rattus Genus that reside within the Underland of the Ninja World. He also has access to the Rat Techniques, the supporting ninjutsu of the Rat Contract. He possesses a small tattoo for this summoning contract on his left shoulder. He is also a signer of the Columbidae Contract, which includes all Doves that dwell in Eden. He possesses a small tattoo for this summoning contract on the back of his right shoulder. Weaponry & Tools: Kusanagi: "Heaven Splitting Sword". Crafted by a master swordsmith, Kusanagi is a chokutō that Kōtetsu took while fleeing the destroyed capital of Chungsu after the Kyūbi’s attack. Though it was considered a national treasure, Kusanagi’s steel blade was shrouded within a dark legacy, with some saying that it brought out the murderous intent within a person, while other rumors claimed that the rage resided within the blade itself. A bit larger than a normal chokutō, the blade is an inky black, has a crimson lanyard on its hilt, and its sheath sported the same color but had a single red line spanning down the center. Kōtetsu has a wide assortment of shuriken and kunai, flash and smoke bombs, and ninja wire in the pouch strapped to his left leg. He also has several small scrolls, pre-made sealing tags, and various other ninja tools stored in another pouch that he wears strapped to the back of his waist for easy access. Kōtetsu also possesses a heavy-duty version of the standard paper bombs. This tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag and has the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” written on them. These tags can't be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance.
(Jūhō Kibaku Fuda) Heavy Artillery Exploding Tag
Rank: N/A Type: Offensive Range: N/A Chakra: N/A Damage: +20 to Explosive Tags Description: A heavy-duty version of the standard issue paper bomb, this exploding tag has substantially more power than a regular exploding tag, and is generally used in heavy demolition. Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them. *In order to use these, it must be mentioned in the user’s bio that they carry this version of the exploding tag – otherwise, the user cannot use these.
Scientific Ninja Tools: Kōtetsu has a number of scientific ninja tools that he uses in battle. The first allows him to change his attire at a moment's notice, the second is a Gauntlet worn on his right arm that has several pre-made techniques stored within for quick use. The third tool is an absorption arm worn on his left hand, and the last tool consists of three smoke-flash bombs.
(Kansō) Requip
Type: Tool Rank: D Range: Self Chakra: -5 chakra per transformation Damage: N/A Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed. - This tool is used by using chakra to control threads in the users clothes to change it into something else.
(Kote) - Gauntlet
Type: Tool Rank: N/A Range: N/A Chakra: N/A Damage: N/A Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession. Note: Academy Student to Genin Ninja can have up to Forbidden ranks sealed, done in either battle, training, or the Ninja World. Chunin can have up to S ranks and Jounin and up ninja can have A ranks and below sealed within a Kote. Note: Only up to 3 Kotes can be owned, counting collectively as a single Tool slot. Note: Only Basic Ninjutsu, Elemental Ninjutsu (Basic, Custom, and listed Advanced Elements), and non Fuuinjutsu based Advanced Ninjutsu fields can be sealed ( and these often must be approved for your bio, thus isn't a blanket over all techniques of these fields ). (Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle
Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short-Mid Chakra: 30 Damage: 60 Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
(Katon: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique
Type: Offensive Rank: A Range: Short-Long Chakra: 30 Damage: 60 Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm
Type: Tool Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra: N/A ( 40 chakra per use ) Damage: N/A Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn. Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs. Note: Cyborg can have up to 2 Absorption Arms.
( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs
Type: Tool Rank: A Range: Short - Mid Chakra: N/A Damage: N/A Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well. Note: Does not count as a move but only one can be used per turn. Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6. Note: Cyborgs are also able to fire these up to Long range.
Artifacts: The only artifact in Kōtetsu's possession is the black and white, birdlike domino mask he can always be seen wearing. Known as Chungsu's Peace, the mask serves to lessen the sensory burden cause by his enhanced senses.
(Chū Su No Heiwa) Chungsu’s Peace
Type: Artifact Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: N/A (-5 Per Transformation) Damage: N/A Description: Said to have once been regularly worn by the 29th Daijō-daijin, Sai Inuzuka, Chungsu’s Peace is a unique artifact made from chakra reactive metal that grants it unique transformative properties to lessen the sensory burden on individuals with enhanced senses. In its initial state, the black and white, birdlike domino mask simply serves to protect the user from blinding effects from bright lights. It’s only when the mask is transformed into one of its two forms that the passive abilities it possesses reveal themselves. The first ability grants the wearer passive immunity to all hindering sound techniques A rank and below, to include illusions triggered by sounds. The second ability grants the user passive immunity to foul stenches and strong odors, protecting them from inhaling airborne particulates such as fumes, vapors, poison gases, and airborne microorganisms that are either naturally occurring or the result of A-rank and below techniques. Once it's abilities have been used, the mask returns to its initial state. Notes: - Transforming the mask is passive and does not require a move slot. The mask can only take one form at a time. - In its first form, the artifact can block A rank and below airborne particulates twice per arc. - In its second form, the artifact can block A rank and below hindering sound waves twice per arc. - The artifact's passive abilities recharge at the beginning of each arc.

[JUSTIFY]Not much is known about Strix, as there arent many that have seen her or those that have seen her have been able to give an accurate description that matches anyone elses that has ventured through her lands and lived to tell about it. Once a prominent daughter of a rich important feudal family, it all changed after she was kidnapped by a group of ninja aiming to ransom her back to her parents. Believing that they would pay for her safe return, the kidnappers and assassins were surprised to find that the Dahlia household valued money above their own daughter and refused to give any kind of value for her life. Scared and broken heart that her life meant nothing to her parents, something inside Strix snapped as she blacked out, only coming back to her senses outside of the small shack hideout burning to the ground in front of her.

A trail of blood lead from the front door to where she was standing and looking down she saw a grown mans arm in her grasp. Piecing together what had happened took several weeks as she tried to think back on the memory, wandering through the forest and going from town to town, looking and begging for food, shelter and water. With no help, looking like a dirty orphan, she was shunned, and thus began her life of solitary witchood taking up residence in a nearby forest. Tales grew of the old witch that lived in the forest that would charm and ensare unsuspecting travellers, merchants and men that dared to go into her territory. Feeling like an outcast, she learnt to be self sufficient training on her own from various books and scrolls she would take. An attitude becoming of giving punishment to those that deserve it, Strix became judge, jury and executioner. Not much is known about her. What is known, however, is that she is intelligent and laconic, only speaking when she finds it necessary.[/JUSTIFY]

[JUSTIFY]It started when old Endo, drunk out his mind on stale beer and the dulled memories of some battle he’d probably run from, locked himself in a shack just outside of Goldleaf. Baron tried to break the door in, good neighbour as he was, but the miserable fossil had more strength than anyone could have anticipated, bracing his entire body against the entrance as he babbled about heights and spiders and being pecked to death by birds. No one believed the man was being pecked to death by anything but a bottle, so we all went home, assuming, as one does, that with a day to dry out, the ordeal would sort itself.

Took only one night.

First scream ripped across the village like someone had pulled it out of Endo’s open chest, followed by a second that was almost the same—but worse. It pitched higher, like rusted metal wrapped in burlap, in almost-human words with an almost-human rhythm until the baker’s wife cried, “Ninja's!” and all hell broke loose. People arming themselves, the mayor—if that's what you could call the head of some hinterlands piss-hole—shooing whoever he could into the meeting hall, windows being boarded up in blind panic, the works. You’ve seen it a hundred times, probably two hundred since the Rogue hit up north. Regular folks going mad at the fairest hint of ninjas.

Point is, that’s around when everything went bad. But there’s a bottom to bad, and what happened in Goldleaf broke right past it.

But I’m skipping ahead, and that ain’t fair to Endo. See, Endo was a spy from back when the Hungurian pacifications were still talked about like there was honor in ’em, and he later served the crown as far out as Tobusekai and the Water Isles. The man had seen things. We’re lucky out west, since the worst the hinterlands have to offer are some stray raptors after the hatching season, and maybe a sun-cooked bandit or three, but Endo knew what was out there. What [I]could[/I] be out there. And he gathered up all the folk who were willing to listen and organized a peasant militia to bring those supposed “ninja's” to justice.

His plan was simple: First light, we’re all going on patrol, two by two, no one alone. Military stuff, and that gives us hope, gins us all up for a fight. For king and country! [I]Rah-rah patriotism[/I], and all that.

Until the sun comes up and a family’s gone missing.

Every one of them—five in all. Farmhouse torn to shreds, livestock slaughtered in their pens. Doors all locked from the inside, windows all latched. They’re [I]gone[/I]. The mayor calls a meeting, but a pair of fieldhands don’t come in from the rows. When Endo calls for them, [I]something calls back[/I]. But it isn’t them. Sounds almost like them, like something is forcing words into almost the right shape, but that old, rusty cage sound keeps cutting through, squeaking and rattling and clicking like it can’t help itself.

Now people are afraid. Some hothead charges into the fields with a sword in his hand—gone. Another follows him—gone. Blacksmith gets the wise idea he’ll ride all the way to Hammerfell and call the guard, but the horse bucks him halfway down the old trade road and something [I]pulls him into the rows[/I]. Endo calls to see if he’s alright, and that awful voice burbles out, saying it’ll take the road to Hammerfell and call the guard.

Endo asks again, and it repeats: [I]“I’ll take the old road to Hammerfell and call the guard.”[/I]

There’s something about it… like a pin twisting inside your head, poking through the meat into something darker underneath. I could see it on everyone’s faces. Folks holding their kids close, backing away toward their homes, some just running. That voice could cut away all the parts of a person and leave ’em naked and afraid, shivering in the middle of a blistering afternoon. Like it was pulling something out of you. Something it wanted.

A little girl says she saw someone standing above the field out where we keep the scarecrow. It’s such an odd thing to notice, and there’s so much going on, that we pay her no mind.

But we should have.

Night comes and half the houses in town are boarded shut. You can hear folks inside whispering, muttering, giggling like maniacs, but about… I’m not sure. Snakes. Lightning. The dark. Walls closing in. Knives. The sea. They’re laughing and they’re screaming and it sounds like everyone has gone insane, like they’re trapped inside a room with a part of themselves they don’t want to face. It sounds like we’re all stuck in a nightmare.

Then the lights start going out. One after the other in all the boarded-up houses, the lamps flicker and die. And the voices melt away, each suddenly silenced, all save for one. Something croaking behind the old smithy. Muttering to itself. About snakes. About lighting. Muttering about the dark.

Endo, that poor fool, takes the militia and goes in. And I… I’m there with him. I have my blade. I have my lantern. But the rows are deep, and the light casts shadows everywhere you look.

I… I don’t know exactly what happened. I saw a face—maybe. Something looking back at me just ahead of Endo, but it was like he saw right past it. Like that face was just there for me. All lopsided, twisted sackcloth and rusted teeth. And behind it… something huge. Splayed out on thin legs, but alive with hundreds of black birds rattling inside an old cage we’d thrown into the woods last year. And eyes. So many eyes.

There’s no one left in Goldleaf now. If no one came after me… I’m the only one left. Hearing those screams fade behind me as crimson light poured out from between the corn stalks—that sickly crunching, and the bellowing, tortured squeals of hogs and horses…

And the crows! Hundreds of them—thousands! But crows they aren’t, can’t you see? They’re smoke and fire! They’re not real! They couldn’t be real…

They follow that voice! The deep, rumbling voice beneath it all! Don’t you see? [I]Don’t you—

Oh, gods… Endo![/I] I left him behind! I left him there—there in the rows with that horrible scarecrow! Everyone—they’re all dead! Gods, gods, it must have followed me. Once it tastes your fear, once it knows you, it never lets go. It won’t let you go, it won’t—

What’s that voice?

[JUSTIFY]I have decided to start writing in a journal. I’m hoping I can ease my mind if I just have somewhere to recount and to get stuff off my chest. I live in an isolated farm house so I don't see many people so It's nice to have somewhere to load my thoughts. Living out in the middle of nowhere has its perks, I live right by bushland so I can go for a nice walk to clear my head and not once have I seen another person out there, it's like my own comfort zone. I'll try and write in here often, nothing interesting happens around here but I can at least make use of this.

Summer is right around the corner so it's getting quite stormy. I really don't like it when it storms, the house feels unstable it's so isolated out here, I don't know what I could do if the roof came crashing down on me. Nearest sign of civilisation is a crappy bar a few miles down the road. I like this peaceful life.

Finally got a break from the storms and I went out to the bushland and it just felt so uncomfortable. I had this strong feeling someone was watching me. I don't like when other people are in my comfort zone, it makes me feel unsafe.

It happened again, I just had this sinister feeling that I wasn't alone, but this time I heard noises, like someone was actually following me. I kept looking around but there was nothing. I don't know what is happening but I don't think it's just me being paranoid anymore.

Whatever is happening isn't just happening in the bush. I saw something out there last night, standing in my yard looking towards the house, it was way to hard to make out what it looked like but there was definitely something out there. I'm going to set up a camera outside my front door and hopefully that’ll catch anything lurking out there.

I haven't been to the Bushland recently, I'm too scared now. The camera hasn't caught anything out of the ordinary although I went around the house to grab something and I saw claw marks on the side, like something was trying to climb up, these weren't possum claws, no animal could have done this. I don't know what is going on but I'm scared.

I heard banging on the door last night. Something was trying to get in, the camera was smashed beyond repair. This is getting really messed up, something is trying to get in. The claw marks had increased and it looked as if something was trying to get to my bedroom window.

It got into the house last night, I don't know what the **** this thing is or what it wants but I hid for hours. Today I'm going to board up the doors, nothing is going to get through them.

It got in again. I checked the doors and they were still sealed shut. I don't know what to do. I don't want to go to anyone, this thing leaves no trace. I'm forced to just hope it won't come for me each night. I swear this journal is the only thing between me and complete insanity. I'm too scared to leave the house just in case it's out there. It only seems to come at night but I'm still not going anywhere near that bushland. The scratches on the back seem to have ceased. I swear I'm just going to wake up and have all this be a bad dream, it's starting to seem like it.

I feel like I'm going insane, I've got tin cans in every doorway, every door and window is boarded shut and I haven't slept through a single night this week. This thing I don't know what it is but it's mentally fucking with me. Every night I spend in my bedroom with a cleaver just waiting for something to come in. Whatever this thing is it tries every night to get in, I'm so scared on of these nights it's going to succeed.

I've got an escape plan thoroughly planned out. I've accounted for everything and I'm even ready to fight this thing off if I need to. I've dedicated every minute I'm awake into this thing. I’ve done research and I can't find anything to do with this. No mysterious murders, missing people, nothing. I just want to go back to my mundane peaceful life.

It's getting worse this thing just keeps coming in and thrashing at every window as soon as it gets dark, I don't know how much more of this I can take.

I'm hiding in the cellar, it's in the house, the house isn't safe anymore, I'm destroying the house with this thing inside, I’m ending this.

Description:
With the ability to selectively breed ninja fireflies, one of the fireflies that eventually came about was Kha'Zix. He is roughly 5 feet tall, often hunched over, with his wing also often hidden down his back and capable of moving twice the summoners speed. Kha'zix has evolved as a firefly to be just as deadly and just as lethal as his other chakra wielding ninja firefly counterparts by evolving his body. Firstly, on each of his front arms, instead of hands he has blades, which while do restrict him from performing handseals (not that he needs any) does allow him to use all kenjutsu techniques. Due to his size, Kha'Zix cannot fly constantly like other fireflies however he can leap long distances very quickly, and even use his wings to hover for 1 turn, (with a 1 turn cooldown).
During the users turn, Kha'Zix can choose to 'evolve' one of his traits for the battle, where this action takes the entire turn. Each trait can only be evolved once and only one trait can be evolved per turn.

-Claws
Kha'Zix evolves his claws to increase their size, adding a +20 (+10 for S-ranks) to his kenjutsu attacks

-Wings
Kha'Zix grows stronger wings allowing him to fly indefinitely. Once every other turn he can use a move slot to "dodge" an incoming attack within reason.

-Camouflage
Kha'Zix evolves his body and carapace to bend light around himself to be able to seemingly erases his presence visually. This makes him untrackable by physical means.[/SPOILER]

[B]Naturalist Summoning Specialist (Acid/Bio-Luminescence):[/B] You may produce the same special skills as the animals of the contracts you've signed (e.g., Toad oil, Spider silk, snake venom, etc ). Through this skill, Strix is capable of harnessing the Slug Contract's innate ability to produce acid and bio-luminescence. 

[B]Apex Summoning Specialist (Xiaoyu):[/B] Can summon animals from both contracts in battle plus have a second personal summoning (human-sized at most). Strix's second personal summon is Xiaoyu, a slug with abilities similar to those of Katsuyu and unique to her.

Description:
Xiaoyu is a slug that is summoning much in the way of Katsuyu, being varying sizes, and sharing the trait to spit acid. What differs Xiaoyu to Katsuyu is in her battle tactics and capabilities. While Katsuyu can be seen as a supplementary or defensive ally, Xiaoyu can be seen as an offensive one. Sharing the ability to absorb people into her body, instead of surrounding them in a large body, effectively like cushioning, Xiaoyu creates a secondary skin shaping her body to match the users without hindering movement. By merging with the user, she can still use her acid attacks. Xiaoyu can use the chakra transfer technique to increase a users technique by 10 chakra to increase its damage by 20 points (10 for S-rank), but only up to S-rank. Should Xiaoyu get the chance to absorb or merge with the enemy target, she can start to break down his body on a cellular lever, burning through him with her acid at 40 damage per turn.
Due to Xaioyu's battle nature, she is able to tank physical attacks that are up to B-rank without damage.

[B]Yang Specialist:[/B] Strix is a master of Yang Release, possessing heightened vitality that grants her an additional 1000 chakra points. Her physical durability is significantly greater than those of her peers, allowing her to reduce up C-rank damage (30 points) from physically damaging techniques. She is also immune to recoil damage from techniques such as Forbidden techniques, though she still succumbs to the jutsu's other effects.

[B]Chakra Colour:[/B] As with all Tenshi who possess unique chakra signatures, Strix's natural chakra colour is a dark purple, almost black, distinct from regular chakra colours.

[B]Goddess of the Earth:[/B] Strix is in possession of one of the Seven Great Swords, weapons of great renown and power. Hers is known as Haniyasu-Hime, a whip which enhances her mastery and usage of Earth Release in battle, bolstering the power and utility of associated techniques, whilst weakening those of the enemy's Earth and Lightning Release. It is also capable of erasing the strengths and weaknesses of Earth Release techniques. 

[B]Hattori Hanzo:[/B] Hattori Hanzo is the name of the armour that has been passed down for generations between ninja. This armour set has been word for centuries, each ninja upgrading and perfecting the armour until the armour itself became a weapon that was able to be used in battle. Originally crafted and created by a Samurai named Hattori Hanzo, the actual name of the armour has been lost long ago, eventually finding itself in the hands of Strix. They say the spirit of the Samurai who made it still dwells within the armour, watching over who ever may wear it protecting them.

[B]Scientific Tools:[/B] Strix wields a number of scientific tools, each serving a different purpose in battle that allows her to gain an edge over whomever she may face. Attached to each of her arms are chakra blade and absorption arm devices, and she carries the Banshee's Wail and Wattson's Electrical Fence.

[B]Artifacts:[/B] Strix wears a long velvet cloak known as the Twin Shadows, a ceremonial item presented to the Queen of the Lightning Mountains regions as a gift from one of the towns in the Frozen North in an attempt to win her favour. It possesses the power to invoke a heavy rainstorm, hindering the vision of others greatly, even Dōjutsu such as the Sharingan and Rinnegan.

Twin Shadows is a long velvet cloak that wraps around the users back. A delicately embroidered piece of craftsmanship, this cape was presented to the Queen of the Lightning Mountains regions as a gift from one of the towns in the Frozen North in an attempt to win her favour. A deep Satin Blue with Gold Filigree, this cape has the design of a Water Droplet on its back.
Twin Shadows has a gold chain that connects its around the users neck, with a blue sapphire clasp. By touching this clasp, the Droplet comes to life, passively sending out a wave of water, causing an immediate heavy rain-storm similar to (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique within the vicinity having none of the sensing capabilities. This rain-fall can fill an entire landmark or up to long-range in battle, and last for 3 turns, or until blown away by A-rank or above Wind Release, or similar elements as well as something like (Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain. Due to the sheer volume of this rain-fall, naked/sharingan/rinnegan vision is limited to short-range. However, doujutsu such as Byakugan and Tenseigan are unaffected due to their telescopic vision.

[JUSTIFY]Shirou appears to be a tanned-skinned youth with white hair like silver and with dark ageless golden eyes, and unlike most males of his clan, Shirou does not tie his hair back in a ponytail, but rather opting to leave it free. He typically wears the vestments of a priest and a golden cross around his neck. His vestment is a type of a red holy shroud and he adorns a red stole over his cassock. His body is covered in scars and he has a plethora of seals and tattoos spread throughout his body, such as his ink tattoos, body seals, and summoning tattoos.

Like most members of the Nara clan, Shirou is of superior intellect, however, even amongst the Naras his intelligence is considered unnatural. Highly praised as a prodigy that only appears once every generation, he quickly rose to become the leader of the Nara clan. Rumour has it that he intends to lead the clan into a bloody war that would cleanse the world, sending it to an era of peace. But of course, that is a mere rumour. Shirou is also noted to be quite the master manipulator, being more sly than a margay/conman hybrid, and more charming than a lovesick poet. Although a callous and brutal fighter, Shirou's style is quite tactful. However, he does have a bad tendency to toy with his opponents, even in dangerous situations. Overall, Shirou's personality is quite the contrast to his outwards appearance, where he appears to be peaceful and innocent but is truly an individual that would destroy his adversary with no hesitation in order to fulfill his own ambition.[/JUSTIFY]

Description: The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. Description: Similar to the concept of having ink tattoos, this collaboration technique essentially allows the user to apply tattoos to his very own shadow. Naturally, this must be done when the shadow is in a tangible state. The user can either use this technique to give his shadow the required tangible form, or simply employ the tattoos on a preexisting tangible shadow. The tattoos are quite similar to those of Body of Creation, as in the user needs to merely draw the shape or kanji(s) of the desired objects, then utilise them at a latter point. The tattoos, at the cost of 5 chakra points, can passively be repurposed into different shapes and constructs similar to Body of Creation. The user can have up to four tattoos placed on his shadow at one point. A single tattoo contains B rank strength, meaning that when repurposing 4 tattoos, the user can create up to and including S rank ink techniques. A single tattoo can expand up to 10 meters length, allowing the user to have a degree of leniency over the size of his creations. Releasing a single pre-set tattoo costs 20 chakra points, releasing two costs 30, while releasing three or all four costs 40. When using a repurposed tattoo into its technique the user must use 10 additional chakra points to the technique's chakra cost. Pre-set tattoos also have a reaction ability which is dependent on the shadows strength. When an opposing technique of sufficient strength meets an active shadow to completely neutralise or overcome it, the tattoos would be automatically released in the direction the technique came from, clashing with it and interacting based on s/w. (Would not work if the user wasn't using a shadow technique for instance). Depending on the number of tattoos present at the point in time, the chakra cost can vary from 20 to 30 to 40. However, for tattoos purposed for specific techniques, it would cost said techniques chakra cost + 10, similar to the release portion of the technique. The pre-set tattoos must be stated in the user's biography or the beginning of a battle. The technique can be used 4 times per battle, with preset tattoos not counting towards the 4 times limit if stated in bio, or at the beginning of the battle. The implementation of Fūin allows the ink to essentially blend and be sealed into the shadow and keep it indistinguishable from a normal shadow, allowing for it's release at a latter point. The chakra used to release a tattoo or repurpose it doesn't factor into how the Jutsu operates, i.e. if it operates based on chakra, this additional chakra wont bolster its effects. Counts towards the Fūin seal limit.

Description: Through manipulating an existing ink source, either through hand movements or simply drawing, the user would have the opportunity to create a 3 meter large mosquito/fly hybrid, similar to ink techniques that create animals from scrolls. The creature is capable of flight, administering consecutive bites/stabs/sucks, and laying eggs. The creature has two main abilities, each related to the creature’s abilities.

Power: Through utilising it’s proboscis('mouth'), the creature can administer a powerful strike to a target, causing great pain while also taking in some of the targets blood and chakra. Alternatively, the user can have the creature take some of his/targets blood and chakra, in a non lethal manner. When used in a lethal manner, the creature can suck up to 30 chakra points, while delivering A rank damage. When used in a non lethal manner, it can consume up to 60 chakra points. In both cases, any technique the target is sustaining would be prematurely ended. (This can be used two times, lethally, and two time non lethally. However, it’s only usable once on the user) When Power is used on a technique, it would absorb all the chakra in the technique, weakening it by a rank while also piercing it with power. The absorption quality stems from combining Fūinjutsu, specifically in the form of a seal that gives the creature the aforementioned abilities.


Life: Only usable after Power has taken place and both blood and chakra has been consumed. The creature(s) would be capable of laying an egg(s), through which a miniature version of it would emerge, adding to the overall power of the technique, specifically 10 points per 30 chakra points. This is unusable unless blood is present, and due to it being reliant on power, it can occur in the same t/f of Power, but costing a move. The maximum power that can be increased is 20 points, but it should be noted that each 'Life' usage requires it's own 'Power' usage in which blood is taken. The eggs created would double the amount of creatures on the field, so for a big mosquito/fly only one.

Description: Having pre drawn on a scroll, the user will toss it into the air where the scroll will unwind and reveal the artwork. It is a lovely depicted river, drawn in colorful ink in order to mask the true nature of it secretly appearing as an water based technique. Through the methods of Ink Ninjutsu, the user will cause the 2D image to form into a 3D, flooding the area with ink. The amount of ink formed is enough to rival that of Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave in terms of the amount of end resulting water made, being enough to flood the entire battle ground. Due to the nature of this technique, it's near impossible for the enemy to adjust their chakra into the ink as it is laced with the user's own chakra (similar to how Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld is) and thus can’t stand on it causing them to sink down, potentially drowning while also restraining them, preventing them from moving properly. The amount of ink released only spans out enough leaving a two meter gap between the user in order to avoid self infliction, while being able to use this technique three times per battle with a two turn cool down. Description: A rather unique technique in terms of composition, being rather tame in its effects due to not being an offensive nor defensive technique. Through the manipulation of specialized chakra absorbing ink, this brew of ink is merged with chakra of the user and actual blood - causing it to take a murky crimson coloring. The ink however has special properties, allowing for those who frequently uses summoning a new unique way in order to summon. By kneading chakra into the ink, drawing on a surface( be it on the ground, on a scroll or airborne) the user creates the kanji for the animal they are summoning i.e dog would be written as “犬” which then allows them to summon the animal. This makes the load easier for the user, due to the ink carrying their chakra and blood within the ink,acting as a medium for the appropriate summoning. The ink provides half of the needed chakra, thus the user only needs to pay half the total amount it would normally need to summon the animal.While primarily used for contract summonings, the user may also use this method for techniques such as Summoning Technique: Rashōmon by drawing a kanji associated with the technique i.e gates. Description: Using the ability to manipulate Ink, the user will gain the ability to place the ink on their bodies for the sake of future battles. Similar to getting a tattoo, the ink will rest on the user's skin in a variety of shapes and forms, and can often times be confused with Fūinjutsu seals. The ink "tattoos" have a variety of uses and properties, namely the ability to create ink animals directly from the user's body without the need for a scroll, because in essence the user would have turned his body into a living canvas. By channeling chakra into the ink the user can have the tattoos move about on their bodies in order to ensure the perfect orientation. Ninjutsu and Ink manipulation techniques that would require pre-prepared scrolls can be done with Sōzō no Karada by either the user drawing the needed shapes on their body or having the image needed already drawn on before the match. How this works is by first drawing the required shape/kanji onto their body and then coursing chakra through the ink to summon the preferred effect. Due to the ability to move the ink while it is on the skin, a new shape can be created instantly with chakra control and as such the user would only need to drawn a single shape once and then have it re-purposed for anything else. As mentioned before, the main ability of this technique is to allow the user to bring forth small, ink made creatures for the sake of carrying messages, scouting, or general amusement. Meaning, even if they were used to attack they would count as free form techniques with no rank or damage value at all. The creatures able to be created are listed below:

Hawk (鷹, Taka) Can be ridden for reconnaissance or high-speed travel. Smaller variants can be used to carry explosive tags or be used to deliver messages.

Rat (鼠, Nezumi) Can swarm across an area to search for a target much faster than the user would be able to on their own. Being so small, the rats are inconspicuous, also making them suitable for covert message delivery.

Snake (蛇, Hebi) Can be used as ropes to restrain someone. With the ability to soundlessly enter through even the smallest crevice, they can also be used for covert ops.

Tomoe Lion (巴獅子, Tomoe Shishi) Used for travelling on ground, these lions appear vicious on the outside but are actually harmless. If needed they can be used to hold down a target with their powerful jaws.

Fish (魚, Sakana) Made of special, water resistant ink, the fishes are able to travel through bodies of water to deliver messages or very small objects in their mouths.

Description: Through the use of some unique in tattoos on the user’s body; the user may will infuse their lightning chakra into the tattoos in order to cause them to begin to glow bright. This causes a flash of light to occur, which spans up to long range (depends on original technique's range) away from the user’s position – causing those who see the light to be inflicted into an illusion. This allows a new and unique way of casting techniques, utilizing the tattoos as a mean to cast an illusion; with the user being able to us any illusion they desire. Description: A rather unique technique that naturally has no inherent offensive nor defensive power - but rather is a tool utilized by those who are capable of utilizing Ink Ninjutsu. This selective brand of ink is different from the others used, as it's intention is to capture the true essence of an animals predatory sense - in which the ink has the ability to form invisible works of art. This isn't to be confused with true invisibility but rather a contribution of the ink's ability to retract light away from it due to the translucent coloration and a minor infusion of chakra. Once the ink is used, the creation is formed, preventing the enemy from being able to see said work of art and thus is ideal for stealth attacks though it should be known that when within short range of the opponent, the creations cameo is easier to see due to distortions in the air or even from moving along the ground causing prints to appear etc.

The user is able to also apply this to his/her ink techniques within scrolls by simply having it pre-drawn or even conceal ink created tattoos on their body in which the user simply has to pay an extra infusion of chakra to "activate" the effect. Must be posted in user's bio or at the start of battle, though this only pertains in carrying the ink where as the infusion requires a move. Description: Jutsushiki is a unique hybrid technique which takes advantage on the mutual relationship ink ninjutsu and Fuinjutsu share. This is clearly visible in the Sealing Art: Crouched Tiger Bullet in which the drawn tiger is able of sealing others – however in the case of Jutsushiki this isn’t the case. What it does is act as a preemptive method of creating seals located on the body, modifying the scripts in their dormant state. By tattooing and infusing the appropriate kanji/formulae for the seal – the user is able to recreate the seal and its initial purpose with this ability via the ink or in other methods such as drawing it on paper etc. An example of this would be the Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method which the user pre writes the seal, however instead uses the ink from the ninja art instead. This causes all affected Fuinjutsu techniques to become treated as Ink Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu based technique’s thus certain ink techniques can become effective with it such as the boosts which normally applies only to ink ninjutsu (if plausible) now applies to the Fuinjutsu in question as well by taking the infused chakra and simply adding onto the technique, however, the damage boosts themselves can only be applied to Fuinjutsu which originally utilizes a script in is formation/composition . Thus techniques such as Multiple Infinite Embraces cannot gain the benefit of the boost even if a script is added later into it via infusions etc. Offensive and Defensive Barriers which originate from a seal with script gains this as well. This technique doesn’t take up a move slot in battle, as it is applied outside of combat however the user may create a seal in battle with the ink if needed via control it and shaping it into the desired form. The latter ability is an active can only be used thrice per battle with a cool down of three turns though may be performed in the same time frame as the original technique while the former simply needs to be stated at the start of the battle or within the user’s bio. In spite of all this, this ability can only be used on Fuinjutsu/Barrier Ninjutsu which employs the usage of actual sealing scripts thus those which lack this are unable to be affected[/SPOILER]

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.

A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.

Description: Garb of Achlys, or GOA, is an ancient tool that takes the form of a battered piece of clothing that resembles a cloth, although due to the abilities it has it has been seen in different forms. Once a worthy owner encounters GOA it would form a bond with them and change into a form desirable and suitable for the user. Once this is accomplished the user would be granted several new abilities, all for a cost though. This is due to the parasitic nature of GOA. GOA is a conscious, sentient construct that although is aware of the world around it, does not interact with it in a significant manner, merely just being present. The weapon itself is said to have an unknown number of capabilities, however only a numbered amount of it’s abilities are currently known.

First and foremost, the garb’s connection with user and the user’s capabilities. Through it’s awareness of the world GOA grants Vayne sensory, however it is limited to shadows. Vayne becomes aware of any and all shadows present in the area, no matter how small or faded they may be. However, although he becomes aware of the shadow, distinguishing specific parts of the shadow would require concentration. Normally Vayne would have a basic understanding of what the shadow is, for example he would distinguish that fingers are being held up, but with concentration he would be capable of knowing how many fingers are being held up. This sensory grants Vayne a two times multiplier in regards to sensing. Of course this ability becomes completely useless for constructs that lack a shadow. This ability is always active as long as a piece of GOA is in contact with Vayne. It costs five chakra points per turn. The user is limited to focusing on 3 objects, during which his awareness of the outer world is cut to just being aware.(No sensory multiplier)

The second ability relates to the general function of the garb and it’s bias towards perfection. Due to this GOA can essentially change it’s shape into anything and separate into multiple shapes to match the need’s of it’s bearer. GOA has the ability to alter it’s size, this proves useful when it is owned by different users. The size altering occurs after the user passively sacrifices twenty chakra points, through those GOA could change it’s size, essentially expanding at a rapid rate, allowing it to assume more shapes. Individually, GOA can be treated as a cloth, not offering any defensive or offensive capabilities. However, when more and more of GOA build atop itself it can reach surmountable strength and durability. The power of GOA depends on the amount of additional chakra the user supplies, with the strength corresponding to the 1:2 chakra:damage output. This can be used five times per battle. When hitting thirty chakra points mark, the strength increase only lasts three turns, which upon ending prevent the utilisation of the power increase of equal or higher measure for two turns. Sacrificing forty results in an increase that only lasts two turns, after which a three turn interval must pass before the reutilisation of the power increase ability. In regards to sacrifices lower than thirty, they all last for four turns, after which a turn interval must pass before the utilisation of the technique. The aspect of decreasing the size of GOA would cost five chakra points and can be freely used as it offers no noteworthy advantage to the user. Any offensive/defensive actions done with the expanded cloth would cost a move, barring the turn it expands in.

The third and perhaps the most battle useful ability of GOA is it’s relation to the Nara clan arts and related techniques. The garb implements it’s awareness into the user and clear their mind from any unnecessary thoughts(killing intent and similar/emotion altering techniques) , this allows the user to be more proficient with their usage of nara clan related techniques, allowing them to be able to create and use more complex and concentration requiring techniques. Normal techniques would be performed with more ease, translating to a -5 to chakra requirement for initial usage of the technique. Furthermore, GOA has one more function that greatly aids the user in conflicts. It becomes passively active when a nara or related technique is used(Shadow CFS for examole), GOA would release some of the user’s previously taken chakra into the technique, empowering it as a result. This translates to a rank increase for A ranks and below, while for higher it increases the power by ten. This ability can only come into effect as long as the GOA has taken some chakra beforehand. GOA absorbs five chakra points per turn for this ability and would require twenty chakra points in order to have the ability come into play, however, the user can actively sacrifice chakra, four times per battle, in order to have a higher storage of chakra. The user can sacrifice up to forty chakra points, this can be performed in the same timeframe of a technique, allowing the user to have the boost added to the attack in the same instance it is released. Boosts are restricted to once every two turns.

In regards to the GOA's durability, it depends on the extent of the second abilities usage that was previously mentioned. When the ability is not in use the garb would be as durable as normal clothes, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. However, all parts of the garb must be destroyed in order to render it completely useless. If a portion of the garb was not destroyed then it could be used to return the garb to it's former glory, based on the capabilities/restrictions placed on the second ability.

[JUSTIFY]A year later, it was revealed that Vayne had joined Tsumigakure, continuing his duties as one of the initial members that formed the Golden Sabbath. This time around he was more involved, opting not to act from the shadows. Together with the newly formed village, and mainly the Golden Sabbath members, he would join on the conquest to the East, helping his village claim LMS and subverting the pathetic excuse of a mother cult. Following the defeat of the proclaimed goddess, Vayne would spy on [insert village name] during the war between them and Tsumigakure. Vayne played a minor role, as his intel gathered was pointless since the opposing side gave up

Following the encounters with the mother cult, Vayne, alongside with rest of those who combated Tiamat, fell victim to a severe virus by the name of the Red Fever. On his journey to investigate, Vayne would be defeated in battle, and consequently receive a first way ticket to Oisha, an individual that seemed to be offering a cure for the Red Fever debacle. The encounter went as follows;

In the stands, seated at the top of the Corridor, Oisha watched the first round progressing. He had a love for physical combat and the first round had satiated his hunger for it. Though he hadn't personally competed, he enjoyed the bouta that had transpired but it was after this round he began to make his leave; Ninjutsu noted him at times and as such, he stood before the beginning of the second round and waved towards the remaining men, addressing them once.

[COLOR=violet]"It seems the fun dies fast, doesn't it? Praise to you all for an enjoyable battle and it pains me that I cannot stay to watch the rest, but I have business to attend to in the meantime. To the rest of those competing, good luck. To those who have fallen already, well we thank you for your efforts. Ishijo here will watch the rest of the tournament and report to me,"[/COLOR] he stated, waving towards Ishijo seated to his right. After speaking, he made his way out of the Rose Corridor.

As soon as he was out of view, he dropped the smiles and pleasantries; he disliked faking emotions for any reason but this was necessary. The longer he could push his plans while going undetected, the better. He had wished for a smooth tournament to distract others while he worked and he had gotten it. The Red Fever curse was one he was determined to rid them of and it was truly God the greater good. Whether that good was actually good for everyone else was a different matter.

After a series of stairs, Oisha made it to the bottom most level of the Tower and placed his necklace into a special keyhole, causing it to glow a faint red hue before opening. Stepping inside, two men were suspended in what could be described as a ghastly green gas, unable to break free yet conscious as he walked in. Looking at the white haired man, Oisha tilted his head slightly as he watched the man continue to struggle against his bounds while the other man was upside down meditating, seemingly waiting for a resolution to come. Drawing his blade, Oisha walked to the man who continued to struggle and faced him.

[I]For what seemed like an eternity, I was suspended in an undisclosed location. It would seem that my conceded defeat’s consequences were just beginning. The bounds that held me where interesting to say the least.

Soon enough the door would open and a man would enter, the very same one I was dumped at. He approached with his blade, trying to present some sort of threat as he asked a question. I’d clear my throat and spit between Oisha’s legs before replying, looking him in the eyes.

[B]Do not mistake me as any other of the ‘shadow tribe’, there are no others like me in this world. As for why I am here? Well I suppose it is because of the false goddess Tiamat, is it not, dear random cult follower number 7?[/B][/I]

Oisha had barely managed to get the question out before the man attempted to spit at him, thr spit landing between his legs as he snarled a reply back. Oisha smirked, how vicious the ignorant must become to amass any worth amongst the Shinobi. There was much the man seemed to be unaware of but there was very little time to cover eons worth of information.

[COLOR=violet]"Heh, that same attitude is what put your people into extinction now, Shadow Walker. The Nara and their susceptibility to the Red Fever... it's a tale as poetic as my own. No, you don't know why you're here. I suppose you feel owed an explanation, or some type of answer to everything that's going on, why I'm not affected and why we are hosting this tournament for you. In due time, Vayne of the Shadow Tribe.

"As for the Great Mother, make no mistake she was as close a goddess you will ever experience. The supreme being, her chakra was foul enough to corrupt this planet and bring about all of this. While I acknowledge her power however, I am not one of her followers or cult members. But you are correct about her; the reason you're here is simple: You have something I need."[/COLOR]

Oisha lowered his blade as he spoke, moving to a seat as he waved his free hand, causing the two wispy orbs to follow behind him.

[COLOR=violet]"The only question is whether or not I'm willing to let you live in order to get it. I can always try again with another prospect if need be..."[/COLOR] Oisha spoke, looking over to the other floating figure as he spoke.

[I][B]My people had grown weak and fragile over the ages, losing knowledge of their true potential. But that was their fate and shortcoming. I am not bound by such a fate, but ironically I find myself to be defeated and bound here.[/B]

I'd look over to the man chained besides me. His unnatural calmness could have indicated bravery or fear, but all things considered, it did not matter which it was. I'd look back at the seated man.

[B]Well, judging from your story, I doubt that what you need is of any known importance to myself, so you are welcome to take it. As for my life, I guess it depends on what capacity you think I would affect your future plans, and in which direction. But be it as it may, I believe you are running out of time. Those tournament combatants will eventually come knocking seeking answers, and I reckon you woudln't want to be sitting here chatting with me when that happens.[/B]

If the man intended to take action, I hoped it would be soon, as I never liked or found any appeal in the villainous monologue type situations.[/I]

Oisha had to hold back a laugh as the man mentioned the Fate of his people. The irony was realized by Vayne as well, noting it as Oisha listened to him talk. He offered himself to Oisha, offering whatever he needed. The mention of the tournament competitors made Oisha smile, the reminder of the urgency of the situation was well welcomed.

[COLOR=violet]"You are right, Vayne. We are running out of time, so let's begin shall we?"[/COLOR]

As he spoke, he stood once more and drew two small vials from his left pocket. One vial, the smaller of the two, was filled with a shimmering blue liquid while the second was a thick, green smoke. Opening the vial as he approached Vayne, he placed the vial at the top of the sphere Vayne was in and allowed the smoke to enter it, filling the bubble completely.

[COLOR=violet]"That gas slowly robs you of chakra while draining your life energy into a vial. While this takes some time, the pain will be seething nonstop; you will experience pain, you will wish you were dead instead but no, it will not stop there. The more you struggle against it, the more pain you will experience. With your life energy and essence effectively captured, my plans will be one step further. And then...."[/COLOR] Oisha paused, watching the green smoke fill the bubble.

[COLOR=violet]"The end is near, Vayne of the Shadow Tribe. My mentor and master Asano would be proud of the progress we made. And as such, as a parting gift, I'll let you know one thing you wish to know, choose wisely."[/COLOR]

[I]The man approached and introduced a green substance within the bubble I was trapped in, filling it in it's entirety.

His words rang clear about the capabilities of the smoke, and given my predicament there was little to do to resist it, but would death's embrace be a welcoming one?

[B]There are a great many things I would like to know, but given that I am on death's door, the only thing of value would be to ask what motivates my sender. So, what is it that drives you, no, rather your mentor, to such lengths?[/B]

I would clench my teeth as I begin to resist the smoke to the most of my capabilities. If I was about to die, then at the very least my last sensation would be one that I chose.[/I]

Oisha watched the man struggle in the gas, listening to him as he inquired about Oisha's mentor. He smirked as he watched him, turning his attention towards the other man in the room as he withdrew yet another vial while walking to the man. He was either feigning unconsciousness or was truly out of it, but Oisha simply repeated the same process he had done for Vayne. Speaking to Vayne once more, Oisha turned to him.

[COLOR=violet]"That's it? Of all you could possibly learn and ask, that's what you choose to inquire about? Sorry to disappoint you but that's not of your concern."[/COLOR]

Turning away from him as he walked towards a desk and placed the blue vial down, Oisha then removed a small ornate dagger that had a faint glow to it from its sheath, holding it in a reverse grip as he looked ag the two men. The pro ess was nearing completion and soon, he'd be able to carry out what he needed to do.

[COLOR=violet]"Actually, I'll humor you and tell a bit of what you wish to know,"[/COLOR] Oisha said, changing his mind. He wasn't really a comic book villain, one to detail his plan before killing them and giving them a chance to escape, but this was an inevitability. Walking back towards Vayne, Oisha pulled a chair and took a seat.

[COLOR=violet]"So, my mentor's motivations. Let's see, where to begin... I guess it started a year ago. My mentor was a wise man who understood the nature of shinobi, samurai, and the likes. Honor was something he instilled in us all, the rest of my allies and I. When the world was threatened, he fought for it's safety from the shadows, never one to care about the fame and glory that comes with it; as long as if was a safer place for his people, he was content without being known or hyped. It was for this reason my sister fell in love with him, this reason he became our leader, the very reason he attempted to fight the Great Mother during her awakening. However, things were not that easy."[/COLOR] Leaning back in the seat, Oisha's eyes turned towards the ceiling as he fingered the dagger, moving it around as he continued.

[COLOR=violet]"You see, before he could arrive to fight, he and my sister left our home in Tobusekai to investigate rumors of her army fighting and by time he made it to the Hokubu Ocean, Tiamat had already left and the contamination continued to spread. The water itself was living and threatened to engulf them both if he didn't act fast. He did what he could to prevent himself from becoming one of her slaves but he wasn't fast enough to save my sister... rather than kill her, he sealed her soul in an effigy, returning to our home to find ways to save her.

We learned that the Daimyo of the Great Wind Desert knew the secrets behind curing the Children and arrived to the Rose Corridor to seek permission to study their ways to find a cure for this disease and find ways to save her. However, "[/COLOR] Oisha said, gritting his teeth as his brow furrowed deeply, the anger written across his face, [COLOR=violet]"the Daimyo didn't feel as if my sister's life was worth his help, and felt we didn't give him enough respect and tokens of appreciation despite giving all we had. He wanted to weaponize the water and use it to wage war against others and ordered us imprisoned to keep this secret. My mentor's anger peaked and he withdrew his sword, a crime punishable by death. When the dust cleared, my mentor was left dying and the Daimyo fleeing. My mentor asked us to seek peace and continue to find a cure, forgiving the Daimyo for his ways as it was not our way to harbor anger lest we meet our ends like him. Dead for trying to save his wife's life and the lives of many others. Dead because a greedy Daimyo didn't get enough gold and Ryo. Dead for nothing... the rest of his followers and I, well we weren't as humble and forgiving as our mentor. The Daimyo and his family corpses now decorate the very tower they once held dear to them."[/COLOR]

Oisha shook his head lightly and stood, looking at the top of the now empty vial as the smoke continued to fill the bubble.

[COLOR=violet]"You ask my mentor's motivations. To save a world and people who don't deserve it. To save his wife from a Fate she didn't deserve. To find a nirvana that he can only dream of. Vayne of the Shadow Tribe, though your death is imminent, understand that this did not have to happen."[/COLOR]

Standing, Oisha extends the dagger through the smoke, cutting the arm of Vayne as he was in his weakest state, causing a few drops of blood to travel the small blade. It began to glow a brighter gold color, illuminating the room before the blood seemingly disappeared from the blade, absorbed into it.

[COLOR=violet]"A necessary step, your death will free the world. You should be glad to be a part of history. If Asa-"[/COLOR] Before he could finish, an explosion shaked the room, causing him to stumble and catch his balance, the blade falling from his hand.

[COLOR=violet]"What the hell was that?!"[/COLOR] Placing his hand on a communicator, he spoke through it. [COLOR=violet]"Sagawaki, what the hell is going on out there?"[/COLOR]

After a brief moment, Oisha's face snarled into a growl, causing him to slam his hand on one of the tables angrily, breaking it in half. [COLOR=violet]"DAMMIT! No, we are almost done, we can leave this base. We've done what we needed to here, let's go!"[/COLOR] Snatching a folder of information, Oisha begins to hastily leave before turning back to the now unconscious prisoners. Smirking at the realization they would still die within the gas, he turned and disappeared, seemingly teleporting away.[/JUSTIFY]

It would later be revealed that Vayne's body had been transported back to his village and placed within a secret chamber that had somehow resulted in his 'resurrection' albeit in a morphed state that had a slightly more virtuoso personality in Shirou Kotomine. Little to none is yet to be seen or known of the newer Nara.[/JUSTIFY]

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of two hundred chakra.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to two hundred chakra from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes fainting from lack of blood to the head after 4 turns.

[JUSTIFY]Shirou appears to be a tanned-skinned youth with white hair like silver and with dark ageless golden eyes, and unlike most males of his clan, Shirou does not tie his hair back in a ponytail, but rather opting to leave it free. He typically wears the vestments of a priest and a golden cross around his neck. His vestment is a type of a red holy shroud and he adorns a red stole over his cassock. His body is covered in scars and he has a plethora of seals and tattoos spread throughout his body, such as his ink tattoos, body seals, and summoning tattoos.

Like most members of the Nara clan, Shirou is of superior intellect, however, even amongst the Naras his intelligence is considered unnatural. Highly praised as a prodigy that only appears once every generation, he quickly rose to become the leader of the Nara clan. Rumour has it that he intends to lead the clan into a bloody war that would cleanse the world, sending it to an era of peace. But of course, that is a mere rumour. Shirou is also noted to be quite the master manipulator, being more sly than a margay/conman hybrid, and more charming than a lovesick poet. Although a callous and brutal fighter, Shirou's style is quite tactful. However, he does have a bad tendency to toy with his opponents, even in dangerous situations. Overall, Shirou's personality is quite the contrast to his outwards appearance, where he appears to be peaceful and innocent but is truly an individual that would destroy his adversary with no hesitation in order to fulfill his own ambition.[/JUSTIFY]

Description: The Crotalinae are a selective species of snake summonings which were bred and assigned only to the greater of the snake contract signers. These species of Snake summonings specifically had evolved over time to have harder, more adaptable scales covering their body and an enhanced pit organ that naturally heightened their abilities to sense. This heightened sensing used through the pit organ seemingly was developed not only for predatory reasons but also for defensive measures against other predators. The sensing was exactly like the basics of any other snake, just taken to a higher level. Meaning they could sense minute vibrations up to a certain distance around them and even had an infrared optic map of the world before them. Typically, most snakes of the Crotalinae subfamily had natural infrared maps overlaid through their optic tectum, but with the Selective species being bred into existence it was heightened to the point of even being able to put this to use in the pitch black and in the darkest of times. The facial pit actually visualizes thermal radiation using the same optical principles as a pinhole camera, wherein the location of a source of thermal radiation/heat is determined by the location of the radiation on the membrane of the heat pit. The resolution on the infrared mapping through the heat pits has a very high resolution, which in turn allows the snakes to sense different levels of heat and cooler areas in extreme detail. Besides the sensing, their scales made for a greater form of defense, allowing them to survive harsher conditions and more damage than an average snake summoning. Not only were the scales on Crotalinae found to be more thicker and tougher than average, but they also held a passive ability to blend in with their environment by changing colors and becoming camouflaged. This coupled with their sensing made them very dangerous predators that were even able to escape other predator's perception if they didn't have some higher form of tracking or sensing.

Note: The Crotalinae Species can be summoned as generic snakes like the ones summoned in techniques such as: Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes, Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes, or Just the normal generic summoning technique, though instead of being normal snakes, they'd be of the Crotalinae subfamily. They won't take the place of those techniques, instead the user uses the generic summoning technique to summon Crotalinae, having to post this technique along with it but not costing an extra move.
Note: The sensing of minute vibrations and infrared mapping spans as far as an 100m radius, with larger snakes being able to sense the furthest due to their larger pit organs. Snakes under 40m in length can only sense up to 50m whole anything bigger can sense up to the maximum reach.
Note: The evolved scales allow the Crotalinae Species to take up to 20 more damage than average snake summonings of their rank. This is due to the thickness and tougher nature of the scaling covering the Crotalinae[/SPOILER]

The explosions each have the power of a normal explosive tag.

Description: Similar to the concept of having ink tattoos, this collaboration technique essentially allows the user to apply tattoos to his very own shadow. Naturally, this must be done when the shadow is in a tangible state. The user can either use this technique to give his shadow the required tangible form, or simply employ the tattoos on a preexisting tangible shadow. The tattoos are quite similar to those of Body of Creation, as in the user needs to merely draw the shape or kanji(s) of the desired objects, then utilise them at a latter point. The tattoos, at the cost of 5 chakra points, can passively be repurposed into different shapes and constructs similar to Body of Creation. The user can have up to four tattoos placed on his shadow at one point. A single tattoo contains B rank strength, meaning that when repurposing 4 tattoos, the user can create up to and including S rank ink techniques. A single tattoo can expand up to 10 meters length, allowing the user to have a degree of leniency over the size of his creations. Releasing a single pre-set tattoo costs 20 chakra points, releasing two costs 30, while releasing three or all four costs 40. When using a repurposed tattoo into its technique the user must use 10 additional chakra points to the technique's chakra cost. Pre-set tattoos also have a reaction ability which is dependent on the shadows strength. When an opposing technique of sufficient strength meets an active shadow to completely neutralise or overcome it, the tattoos would be automatically released in the direction the technique came from, clashing with it and interacting based on s/w. (Would not work if the user wasn't using a shadow technique for instance). Depending on the number of tattoos present at the point in time, the chakra cost can vary from 20 to 30 to 40. However, for tattoos purposed for specific techniques, it would cost said techniques chakra cost + 10, similar to the release portion of the technique. The pre-set tattoos must be stated in the user's biography or the beginning of a battle. The technique can be used 4 times per battle, with preset tattoos not counting towards the 4 times limit if stated in bio, or at the beginning of the battle. The implementation of Fūin allows the ink to essentially blend and be sealed into the shadow and keep it indistinguishable from a normal shadow, allowing for it's release at a latter point. The chakra used to release a tattoo or repurpose it doesn't factor into how the Jutsu operates, i.e. if it operates based on chakra, this additional chakra wont bolster its effects. Counts towards the Fūin seal limit.

Description: Through manipulating an existing ink source, either through hand movements or simply drawing, the user would have the opportunity to create a 3 meter large mosquito/fly hybrid, similar to ink techniques that create animals from scrolls. The creature is capable of flight, administering consecutive bites/stabs/sucks, and laying eggs. The creature has two main abilities, each related to the creature’s abilities.

Power: Through utilising it’s proboscis('mouth'), the creature can administer a powerful strike to a target, causing great pain while also taking in some of the targets blood and chakra. Alternatively, the user can have the creature take some of his/targets blood and chakra, in a non lethal manner. When used in a lethal manner, the creature can suck up to 30 chakra points, while delivering A rank damage. When used in a non lethal manner, it can consume up to 60 chakra points. In both cases, any technique the target is sustaining would be prematurely ended. (This can be used two times, lethally, and two time non lethally. However, it’s only usable once on the user) When Power is used on a technique, it would absorb all the chakra in the technique, weakening it by a rank while also piercing it with power. The absorption quality stems from combining Fūinjutsu, specifically in the form of a seal that gives the creature the aforementioned abilities.


Life: Only usable after Power has taken place and both blood and chakra has been consumed. The creature(s) would be capable of laying an egg(s), through which a miniature version of it would emerge, adding to the overall power of the technique, specifically 10 points per 30 chakra points. This is unusable unless blood is present, and due to it being reliant on power, it can occur in the same t/f of Power, but costing a move. The maximum power that can be increased is 20 points, but it should be noted that each 'Life' usage requires it's own 'Power' usage in which blood is taken. The eggs created would double the amount of creatures on the field, so for a big mosquito/fly only one.

Description: Having pre drawn on a scroll, the user will toss it into the air where the scroll will unwind and reveal the artwork. It is a lovely depicted river, drawn in colorful ink in order to mask the true nature of it secretly appearing as an water based technique. Through the methods of Ink Ninjutsu, the user will cause the 2D image to form into a 3D, flooding the area with ink. The amount of ink formed is enough to rival that of Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave in terms of the amount of end resulting water made, being enough to flood the entire battle ground. Due to the nature of this technique, it's near impossible for the enemy to adjust their chakra into the ink as it is laced with the user's own chakra (similar to how Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld is) and thus can’t stand on it causing them to sink down, potentially drowning while also restraining them, preventing them from moving properly. The amount of ink released only spans out enough leaving a two meter gap between the user in order to avoid self infliction, while being able to use this technique three times per battle with a two turn cool down. Description: A rather unique technique in terms of composition, being rather tame in its effects due to not being an offensive nor defensive technique. Through the manipulation of specialized chakra absorbing ink, this brew of ink is merged with chakra of the user and actual blood - causing it to take a murky crimson coloring. The ink however has special properties, allowing for those who frequently uses summoning a new unique way in order to summon. By kneading chakra into the ink, drawing on a surface( be it on the ground, on a scroll or airborne) the user creates the kanji for the animal they are summoning i.e dog would be written as “犬” which then allows them to summon the animal. This makes the load easier for the user, due to the ink carrying their chakra and blood within the ink,acting as a medium for the appropriate summoning. The ink provides half of the needed chakra, thus the user only needs to pay half the total amount it would normally need to summon the animal.While primarily used for contract summonings, the user may also use this method for techniques such as Summoning Technique: Rashōmon by drawing a kanji associated with the technique i.e gates. This technique must be mentioned in the user’s bio or before battle in order to utilize and is passive in nature, not taking up a move nor time in the the timeframe though must be referenced while performing said techniques. Description: Using the ability to manipulate Ink, the user will gain the ability to place the ink on their bodies for the sake of future battles. Similar to getting a tattoo, the ink will rest on the user's skin in a variety of shapes and forms, and can often times be confused with Fūinjutsu seals. The ink "tattoos" have a variety of uses and properties, namely the ability to create ink animals directly from the user's body without the need for a scroll, because in essence the user would have turned his body into a living canvas. By channeling chakra into the ink the user can have the tattoos move about on their bodies in order to ensure the perfect orientation. Ninjutsu and Ink manipulation techniques that would require pre-prepared scrolls can be done with Sōzō no Karada by either the user drawing the needed shapes on their body or having the image needed already drawn on before the match. How this works is by first drawing the required shape/kanji onto their body and then coursing chakra through the ink to summon the preferred effect. Due to the ability to move the ink while it is on the skin, a new shape can be created instantly with chakra control and as such the user would only need to drawn a single shape once and then have it re-purposed for anything else. As mentioned before, the main ability of this technique is to allow the user to bring forth small, ink made creatures for the sake of carrying messages, scouting, or general amusement. Meaning, even if they were used to attack they would count as free form techniques with no rank or damage value at all. The creatures able to be created are listed below:

Hawk (鷹, Taka) Can be ridden for reconnaissance or high-speed travel. Smaller variants can be used to carry explosive tags or be used to deliver messages.

Rat (鼠, Nezumi) Can swarm across an area to search for a target much faster than the user would be able to on their own. Being so small, the rats are inconspicuous, also making them suitable for covert message delivery.

Snake (蛇, Hebi) Can be used as ropes to restrain someone. With the ability to soundlessly enter through even the smallest crevice, they can also be used for covert ops.

Tomoe Lion (巴獅子, Tomoe Shishi) Used for travelling on ground, these lions appear vicious on the outside but are actually harmless. If needed they can be used to hold down a target with their powerful jaws.

Fish (魚, Sakana) Made of special, water resistant ink, the fishes are able to travel through bodies of water to deliver messages or very small objects in their mouths.

Description: Through the use of some unique in tattoos on the user’s body; the user may will infuse their lightning chakra into the tattoos in order to cause them to begin to glow bright. This causes a flash of light to occur, which spans up to long range (depends on original technique's range) away from the user’s position – causing those who see the light to be inflicted into an illusion. This allows a new and unique way of casting techniques, utilizing the tattoos as a mean to cast an illusion; with the user being able to us any illusion they desire. This technique costs a move, but is use in tandem with the illusion, needing the same amount of hand seals, chakra etc for the original technique though with minor infusion of chakra for the flash of light. Description: A rather unique technique that naturally has no inherent offensive nor defensive power - but rather is a tool utilized by those who are capable of utilizing Ink Ninjutsu. This selective brand of ink is different from the others used, as it's intention is to capture the true essence of an animals predatory sense - in which the ink has the ability to form invisible works of art. This isn't to be confused with true invisibility but rather a contribution of the ink's ability to retract light away from it due to the translucent coloration and a minor infusion of chakra. Once the ink is used, the creation is formed, preventing the enemy from being able to see said work of art and thus is ideal for stealth attacks though it should be known that when within short range of the opponent, the creations cameo is easier to see due to distortions in the air or even from moving along the ground causing prints to appear etc.

The user is able to also apply this to his/her ink techniques within scrolls by simply having it pre-drawn or even conceal ink created tattoos on their body in which the user simply has to pay an extra infusion of chakra to "activate" the effect. Must be posted in user's bio or at the start of battle, though this only pertains in carrying the ink where as the infusion requires a move. Description: Jutsushiki is a unique hybrid technique which takes advantage on the mutual relationship ink ninjutsu and Fuinjutsu share. This is clearly visible in the Sealing Art: Crouched Tiger Bullet in which the drawn tiger is able of sealing others – however in the case of Jutsushiki this isn’t the case. What it does is act as a preemptive method of creating seals located on the body, modifying the scripts in their dormant state. By tattooing and infusing the appropriate kanji/formulae for the seal – the user is able to recreate the seal and its initial purpose with this ability via the ink or in other methods such as drawing it on paper etc. An example of this would be the Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method which the user pre writes the seal, however instead uses the ink from the ninja art instead. This causes all affected Fuinjutsu techniques to become treated as Ink Ninjutsu/Fuinjutsu based technique’s thus certain ink techniques can become effective with it such as the boosts which normally applies only to ink ninjutsu (if plausible) now applies to the Fuinjutsu in question as well by taking the infused chakra and simply adding onto the technique, however, the damage boosts themselves can only be applied to Fuinjutsu which originally utilizes a script in is formation/composition . Thus techniques such as Multiple Infinite Embraces cannot gain the benefit of the boost even if a script is added later into it via infusions etc. Offensive and Defensive Barriers which originate from a seal with script gains this as well. This technique doesn’t take up a move slot in battle, as it is applied outside of combat however the user may create a seal in battle with the ink if needed via control it and shaping it into the desired form. The latter ability is an active can only be used thrice per battle with a cool down of three turns though may be performed in the same time frame as the original technique while the former simply needs to be stated at the start of the battle or within the user’s bio. In spite of all this, this ability can only be used on Fuinjutsu/Barrier Ninjutsu which employs the usage of actual sealing scripts thus those which lack this are unable to be affected[/SPOILER]

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.

A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.

Description: Garb of Achlys, or GOA, is an ancient tool that takes the form of a battered piece of clothing that resembles a cloth, although due to the abilities it has it has been seen in different forms. Once a worthy owner encounters GOA it would form a bond with them and change into a form desirable and suitable for the user. Once this is accomplished the user would be granted several new abilities, all for a cost though. This is due to the parasitic nature of GOA. GOA is a conscious, sentient construct that although is aware of the world around it, does not interact with it in a significant manner, merely just being present. The weapon itself is said to have an unknown number of capabilities, however only a numbered amount of it’s abilities are currently known.

First and foremost, the garb’s connection with user and the user’s capabilities. Through it’s awareness of the world GOA grants Vayne sensory, however it is limited to shadows. Vayne becomes aware of any and all shadows present in the area, no matter how small or faded they may be. However, although he becomes aware of the shadow, distinguishing specific parts of the shadow would require concentration. Normally Vayne would have a basic understanding of what the shadow is, for example he would distinguish that fingers are being held up, but with concentration he would be capable of knowing how many fingers are being held up. This sensory grants Vayne a two times multiplier in regards to sensing. Of course this ability becomes completely useless for constructs that lack a shadow. This ability is always active as long as a piece of GOA is in contact with Vayne. It costs five chakra points per turn. The user is limited to focusing on 3 objects, during which his awareness of the outer world is cut to just being aware.(No sensory multiplier)

The second ability relates to the general function of the garb and it’s bias towards perfection. Due to this GOA can essentially change it’s shape into anything and separate into multiple shapes to match the need’s of it’s bearer. GOA has the ability to alter it’s size, this proves useful when it is owned by different users. The size altering occurs after the user passively sacrifices twenty chakra points, through those GOA could change it’s size, essentially expanding at a rapid rate, allowing it to assume more shapes. Individually, GOA can be treated as a cloth, not offering any defensive or offensive capabilities. However, when more and more of GOA build atop itself it can reach surmountable strength and durability. The power of GOA depends on the amount of additional chakra the user supplies, with the strength corresponding to the 1:2 chakra:damage output. This can be used five times per battle. When hitting thirty chakra points mark, the strength increase only lasts three turns, which upon ending prevent the utilisation of the power increase of equal or higher measure for two turns. Sacrificing forty results in an increase that only lasts two turns, after which a three turn interval must pass before the reutilisation of the power increase ability. In regards to sacrifices lower than thirty, they all last for four turns, after which a turn interval must pass before the utilisation of the technique. The aspect of decreasing the size of GOA would cost five chakra points and can be freely used as it offers no noteworthy advantage to the user. Any offensive/defensive actions done with the expanded cloth would cost a move, barring the turn it expands in.

The third and perhaps the most battle useful ability of GOA is it’s relation to the Nara clan arts and related techniques. The garb implements it’s awareness into the user and clear their mind from any unnecessary thoughts(killing intent and similar/emotion altering techniques) , this allows the user to be more proficient with their usage of nara clan related techniques, allowing them to be able to create and use more complex and concentration requiring techniques. Normal techniques would be performed with more ease, translating to a -5 to chakra requirement for initial usage of the technique. Furthermore, GOA has one more function that greatly aids the user in conflicts. It becomes passively active when a nara or related technique is used(Shadow CFS for examole), GOA would release some of the user’s previously taken chakra into the technique, empowering it as a result. This translates to a rank increase for A ranks and below, while for higher it increases the power by ten. This ability can only come into effect as long as the GOA has taken some chakra beforehand. GOA absorbs five chakra points per turn for this ability and would require twenty chakra points in order to have the ability come into play, however, the user can actively sacrifice chakra, four times per battle, in order to have a higher storage of chakra. The user can sacrifice up to forty chakra points, this can be performed in the same timeframe of a technique, allowing the user to have the boost added to the attack in the same instance it is released. Boosts are restricted to once every two turns.

In regards to the GOA's durability, it depends on the extent of the second abilities usage that was previously mentioned. When the ability is not in use the garb would be as durable as normal clothes, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. However, all parts of the garb must be destroyed in order to render it completely useless. If a portion of the garb was not destroyed then it could be used to return the garb to it's former glory, based on the capabilities/restrictions placed on the second ability.

[JUSTIFY]A year later, it was revealed that Vayne had joined Tsumigakure, continuing his duties as one of the initial members that formed the Golden Sabbath. This time around he was more involved, opting not to act from the shadows. Together with the newly formed village, and mainly the Golden Sabbath members, he would join on the conquest to the East, helping his village claim LMS and subverting the pathetic excuse of a mother cult. Following the defeat of the proclaimed goddess, Vayne would spy on [insert village name] during the war between them and Tsumigakure. Vayne played a minor role, as his intel gathered was pointless since the opposing side gave up

Following the encounters with the mother cult, Vayne, alongside with rest of those who combated Tiamat, fell victim to a severe virus by the name of the Red Fever. On his journey to investigate, Vayne would be defeated in battle, and consequently receive a first way ticket to Oisha, an individual that seemed to be offering a cure for the Red Fever debacle. The encounter went as follows;

In the stands, seated at the top of the Corridor, Oisha watched the first round progressing. He had a love for physical combat and the first round had satiated his hunger for it. Though he hadn't personally competed, he enjoyed the bouta that had transpired but it was after this round he began to make his leave; Ninjutsu noted him at times and as such, he stood before the beginning of the second round and waved towards the remaining men, addressing them once.

[COLOR=violet]"It seems the fun dies fast, doesn't it? Praise to you all for an enjoyable battle and it pains me that I cannot stay to watch the rest, but I have business to attend to in the meantime. To the rest of those competing, good luck. To those who have fallen already, well we thank you for your efforts. Ishijo here will watch the rest of the tournament and report to me,"[/COLOR] he stated, waving towards Ishijo seated to his right. After speaking, he made his way out of the Rose Corridor.

As soon as he was out of view, he dropped the smiles and pleasantries; he disliked faking emotions for any reason but this was necessary. The longer he could push his plans while going undetected, the better. He had wished for a smooth tournament to distract others while he worked and he had gotten it. The Red Fever curse was one he was determined to rid them of and it was truly God the greater good. Whether that good was actually good for everyone else was a different matter.

After a series of stairs, Oisha made it to the bottom most level of the Tower and placed his necklace into a special keyhole, causing it to glow a faint red hue before opening. Stepping inside, two men were suspended in what could be described as a ghastly green gas, unable to break free yet conscious as he walked in. Looking at the white haired man, Oisha tilted his head slightly as he watched the man continue to struggle against his bounds while the other man was upside down meditating, seemingly waiting for a resolution to come. Drawing his blade, Oisha walked to the man who continued to struggle and faced him.

[I]For what seemed like an eternity, I was suspended in an undisclosed location. It would seem that my conceded defeat’s consequences were just beginning. The bounds that held me where interesting to say the least.

Soon enough the door would open and a man would enter, the very same one I was dumped at. He approached with his blade, trying to present some sort of threat as he asked a question. I’d clear my throat and spit between Oisha’s legs before replying, looking him in the eyes.

[B]Do not mistake me as any other of the ‘shadow tribe’, there are no others like me in this world. As for why I am here? Well I suppose it is because of the false goddess Tiamat, is it not, dear random cult follower number 7?[/B][/I]

Oisha had barely managed to get the question out before the man attempted to spit at him, thr spit landing between his legs as he snarled a reply back. Oisha smirked, how vicious the ignorant must become to amass any worth amongst the Shinobi. There was much the man seemed to be unaware of but there was very little time to cover eons worth of information.

[COLOR=violet]"Heh, that same attitude is what put your people into extinction now, Shadow Walker. The Nara and their susceptibility to the Red Fever... it's a tale as poetic as my own. No, you don't know why you're here. I suppose you feel owed an explanation, or some type of answer to everything that's going on, why I'm not affected and why we are hosting this tournament for you. In due time, Vayne of the Shadow Tribe.

"As for the Great Mother, make no mistake she was as close a goddess you will ever experience. The supreme being, her chakra was foul enough to corrupt this planet and bring about all of this. While I acknowledge her power however, I am not one of her followers or cult members. But you are correct about her; the reason you're here is simple: You have something I need."[/COLOR]

Oisha lowered his blade as he spoke, moving to a seat as he waved his free hand, causing the two wispy orbs to follow behind him.

[COLOR=violet]"The only question is whether or not I'm willing to let you live in order to get it. I can always try again with another prospect if need be..."[/COLOR] Oisha spoke, looking over to the other floating figure as he spoke.

[I][B]My people had grown weak and fragile over the ages, losing knowledge of their true potential. But that was their fate and shortcoming. I am not bound by such a fate, but ironically I find myself to be defeated and bound here.[/B]

I'd look over to the man chained besides me. His unnatural calmness could have indicated bravery or fear, but all things considered, it did not matter which it was. I'd look back at the seated man.

[B]Well, judging from your story, I doubt that what you need is of any known importance to myself, so you are welcome to take it. As for my life, I guess it depends on what capacity you think I would affect your future plans, and in which direction. But be it as it may, I believe you are running out of time. Those tournament combatants will eventually come knocking seeking answers, and I reckon you woudln't want to be sitting here chatting with me when that happens.[/B]

If the man intended to take action, I hoped it would be soon, as I never liked or found any appeal in the villainous monologue type situations.[/I]

Oisha had to hold back a laugh as the man mentioned the Fate of his people. The irony was realized by Vayne as well, noting it as Oisha listened to him talk. He offered himself to Oisha, offering whatever he needed. The mention of the tournament competitors made Oisha smile, the reminder of the urgency of the situation was well welcomed.

[COLOR=violet]"You are right, Vayne. We are running out of time, so let's begin shall we?"[/COLOR]

As he spoke, he stood once more and drew two small vials from his left pocket. One vial, the smaller of the two, was filled with a shimmering blue liquid while the second was a thick, green smoke. Opening the vial as he approached Vayne, he placed the vial at the top of the sphere Vayne was in and allowed the smoke to enter it, filling the bubble completely.

[COLOR=violet]"That gas slowly robs you of chakra while draining your life energy into a vial. While this takes some time, the pain will be seething nonstop; you will experience pain, you will wish you were dead instead but no, it will not stop there. The more you struggle against it, the more pain you will experience. With your life energy and essence effectively captured, my plans will be one step further. And then...."[/COLOR] Oisha paused, watching the green smoke fill the bubble.

[COLOR=violet]"The end is near, Vayne of the Shadow Tribe. My mentor and master Asano would be proud of the progress we made. And as such, as a parting gift, I'll let you know one thing you wish to know, choose wisely."[/COLOR]

[I]The man approached and introduced a green substance within the bubble I was trapped in, filling it in it's entirety.

His words rang clear about the capabilities of the smoke, and given my predicament there was little to do to resist it, but would death's embrace be a welcoming one?

[B]There are a great many things I would like to know, but given that I am on death's door, the only thing of value would be to ask what motivates my sender. So, what is it that drives you, no, rather your mentor, to such lengths?[/B]

I would clench my teeth as I begin to resist the smoke to the most of my capabilities. If I was about to die, then at the very least my last sensation would be one that I chose.[/I]

Oisha watched the man struggle in the gas, listening to him as he inquired about Oisha's mentor. He smirked as he watched him, turning his attention towards the other man in the room as he withdrew yet another vial while walking to the man. He was either feigning unconsciousness or was truly out of it, but Oisha simply repeated the same process he had done for Vayne. Speaking to Vayne once more, Oisha turned to him.

[COLOR=violet]"That's it? Of all you could possibly learn and ask, that's what you choose to inquire about? Sorry to disappoint you but that's not of your concern."[/COLOR]

Turning away from him as he walked towards a desk and placed the blue vial down, Oisha then removed a small ornate dagger that had a faint glow to it from its sheath, holding it in a reverse grip as he looked ag the two men. The pro ess was nearing completion and soon, he'd be able to carry out what he needed to do.

[COLOR=violet]"Actually, I'll humor you and tell a bit of what you wish to know,"[/COLOR] Oisha said, changing his mind. He wasn't really a comic book villain, one to detail his plan before killing them and giving them a chance to escape, but this was an inevitability. Walking back towards Vayne, Oisha pulled a chair and took a seat.

[COLOR=violet]"So, my mentor's motivations. Let's see, where to begin... I guess it started a year ago. My mentor was a wise man who understood the nature of shinobi, samurai, and the likes. Honor was something he instilled in us all, the rest of my allies and I. When the world was threatened, he fought for it's safety from the shadows, never one to care about the fame and glory that comes with it; as long as if was a safer place for his people, he was content without being known or hyped. It was for this reason my sister fell in love with him, this reason he became our leader, the very reason he attempted to fight the Great Mother during her awakening. However, things were not that easy."[/COLOR] Leaning back in the seat, Oisha's eyes turned towards the ceiling as he fingered the dagger, moving it around as he continued.

[COLOR=violet]"You see, before he could arrive to fight, he and my sister left our home in Tobusekai to investigate rumors of her army fighting and by time he made it to the Hokubu Ocean, Tiamat had already left and the contamination continued to spread. The water itself was living and threatened to engulf them both if he didn't act fast. He did what he could to prevent himself from becoming one of her slaves but he wasn't fast enough to save my sister... rather than kill her, he sealed her soul in an effigy, returning to our home to find ways to save her.

We learned that the Daimyo of the Great Wind Desert knew the secrets behind curing the Children and arrived to the Rose Corridor to seek permission to study their ways to find a cure for this disease and find ways to save her. However, "[/COLOR] Oisha said, gritting his teeth as his brow furrowed deeply, the anger written across his face, [COLOR=violet]"the Daimyo didn't feel as if my sister's life was worth his help, and felt we didn't give him enough respect and tokens of appreciation despite giving all we had. He wanted to weaponize the water and use it to wage war against others and ordered us imprisoned to keep this secret. My mentor's anger peaked and he withdrew his sword, a crime punishable by death. When the dust cleared, my mentor was left dying and the Daimyo fleeing. My mentor asked us to seek peace and continue to find a cure, forgiving the Daimyo for his ways as it was not our way to harbor anger lest we meet our ends like him. Dead for trying to save his wife's life and the lives of many others. Dead because a greedy Daimyo didn't get enough gold and Ryo. Dead for nothing... the rest of his followers and I, well we weren't as humble and forgiving as our mentor. The Daimyo and his family corpses now decorate the very tower they once held dear to them."[/COLOR]

Oisha shook his head lightly and stood, looking at the top of the now empty vial as the smoke continued to fill the bubble.

[COLOR=violet]"You ask my mentor's motivations. To save a world and people who don't deserve it. To save his wife from a Fate she didn't deserve. To find a nirvana that he can only dream of. Vayne of the Shadow Tribe, though your death is imminent, understand that this did not have to happen."[/COLOR]

Standing, Oisha extends the dagger through the smoke, cutting the arm of Vayne as he was in his weakest state, causing a few drops of blood to travel the small blade. It began to glow a brighter gold color, illuminating the room before the blood seemingly disappeared from the blade, absorbed into it.

[COLOR=violet]"A necessary step, your death will free the world. You should be glad to be a part of history. If Asa-"[/COLOR] Before he could finish, an explosion shaked the room, causing him to stumble and catch his balance, the blade falling from his hand.

[COLOR=violet]"What the hell was that?!"[/COLOR] Placing his hand on a communicator, he spoke through it. [COLOR=violet]"Sagawaki, what the hell is going on out there?"[/COLOR]

After a brief moment, Oisha's face snarled into a growl, causing him to slam his hand on one of the tables angrily, breaking it in half. [COLOR=violet]"DAMMIT! No, we are almost done, we can leave this base. We've done what we needed to here, let's go!"[/COLOR] Snatching a folder of information, Oisha begins to hastily leave before turning back to the now unconscious prisoners. Smirking at the realization they would still die within the gas, he turned and disappeared, seemingly teleporting away.[/JUSTIFY]

It would later be revealed that Vayne's body had been transported back to his village and placed within a secret chamber that had somehow resulted in his 'resurrection' albeit in a morphed state that had a slightly more virtuoso personality in Shirou Kotomine. Little to none is yet to be seen or known of the newer Nara.[/JUSTIFY]

[B]Shadow Arts:[/B] Shirou is one of the Nara clan, and is particularly proficient with its Hidden Arts; the ability to manipulate one's own shadow. His mastery is such that he is able to utilise the techniques without seals, and without sustaining their usage himself.

[B]Sage Mode:[/B] Shirou is a user of the Snake Contract and is able to access its associated Sage Mode, which grants him various augmentations to his physical capabilities, as well as his techniques.

[B]Tools & Items:[/B] Shirou wields a number of tools that serve a variety of purposes in battle, ranging from technology to medicinal items. As a user of Medical Ninjutsu, he carries a set of pills that augment his performance in combat, and is able ingest an additional canon medical pill before the debilitating effects begin to set in. Secured on his body are an Absorption Arm, two Kote, one loaded with Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex, the other with Lightning Style: Thunderbolt, and September.

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of two hundred chakra.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to two hundred chakra from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes fainting from lack of blood to the head after 4 turns.
