I activate my Byakugan, and as I notice the chakra under me I punch down, releasing a wind vortex in an angle which pushes me behind you in about short-range, also evading your wind blade. As you only need to swing your arm for your wind blade you are too late to fire it at me.

unless there is a jutsu that teleports you from mid range infront of me to short range behind me your move is very invalid. hurricane punch wont cut it simply because your are not gonna fly that far. and even if you did you would be hit by the wind blade. redo
what im saying is your move wont work. right after the turn around palm is used, it takes nothing to swing my arm. you would have a few feet to fly before landing behind me. I would have time to swing. you would be hit.
