mine was when konohamaru trnsformed to sai over sasuke.
And when Sakura gave Naruto a fake confession...
and when Pein brought back everyone that was killed....sometimes the characters need to die and stay dead...
Oh and when Naruto said that both he and Sasuke would fight and "die together", that was disappointing for me.... ._. I literally yelled "What the fu*k, Naruto!?" >:O

When Neji went to kill Hinata in the Chunin Exams and the Leaf Jonin-Sensei's stopped him. Kakashi just barely held his arm XD He just wanted to be there. The proctor poked Neji in the forehead. I was like WTF? Kakashi, you're super cool, but were you really needed?

Gaara's sand Tsuname tearing off Kimmimaro's skin/jaw.

Killer Bee nearly taking off Sasuke's head/hole in chest.
