Biggest plot hole in naruto ever

I don't think a weak genjutsu uchiha user can keep a perfect jinchuriki under for so long u even acknowledge obito's gen powers are low if what u say is true why didn't itachi do that to danzo or the 3rd to spare his clan, I know cause u need KA!!!! Why did tobi want Shisui's eye from danzo so bad then?

Chakra limits are not really an issue with Obito because of his zetsu clone half. That said, he does not have KA and was not using KA to control Yagura.

Here's my theory:
It's possible that he was using another genjutsu, not as powerful as KA but strong enough, to control him. While Obito was never said to be a genjutsu user type, he is quite proficient with it. At least enough to control Kurama during the attack on Konoha. And if his genjutsu is strong enough to control a Tailed Beast (especially the strongest of them all), it's most likely strong enough to control a perfect jinchuriki.

Can you show where Yagura was a perf jinchuuriki? Im not disagreeing but i just want to see for my own interest.

And I'm pretty sure Tobi wanted Shisui's eye from Danzo for KA, of course. And maybe because Danzo is a mf *******.
