If Shisui was on uchiha with ka mind control how did obito control yagura for so long. Another thing ka drains chakra fast so how did obito do it for so long!? If it was just obito. Don't say he had Shisui's eye because Shisui's eyes don't have kamui obitos favorite jutsu can someone explain this please?????

yagura was considered a perfect jinchuriki, but he may have not had the bond with his bijuu in order to break free from genjutsu like naruto and bee. Obito probably used tsukoyomi to induce torture or full control w/e to just have yagura chilling there for so long.

Well first of all Obito does not actually have KA.....second is that Shisui has been said to be dead (though labors dead Uchiha have a way of not dying...Madara.....Obito).

Obito just had a powerful genjutsu cast. And Shisui is a Konoha shinobi so he wouldn't deal with Kirigakure anyhow.

He doesn't. Obito's character has never been shown as a strong genjutsu type. KA is a very strong genjutsu. However, it doesn't matter how strong the genjutsu is, it's how you use it. He could have easily controlled yagura with genjutsu combined with hypnotism.

The thing is, that you've seen like every Uchiha control someone before, it's called Genjutsu.
It's a fact that Shisui's was the most strongest among the others, but that doesn't exclude that Obito could've done it aswell, and also, as we're aware of, Yagura was a braindead person.
