Mine would definitely be Neji.

He went from being a genius to barelly getting screen time.

ide have to say this entire war has been a bit of a dissapointment.. it could have been so much better

Characters that we hadnt known much about could have come back in the war via edo tensei.. such as Sakumo but no.. akatsuki comes back and a hole zetsu army fights the alliance

it would have been nice to have this feel like an actual war.. tactics, head to head battles involving the entire army rather than just a few of them and having the rest of the army handled like fodder..

i find battles that you dont no who is going to win much more thrilling..

hard to explain really but ye.. the war is dissapointing.. character development is also dissapointing

oh oh oh... and the fact the god of the shinobi world .. the juubi .. the progenitor(sp) being handled like a f*cking pet
