great job boy...! it is indeed a plothole...! people may try to come up with an explanation but it will only be to satisify their own mind...! kishi has given no explanation whatsoever about it...! i don't think uchihas would even want to implant senju DNA in them since they hated them so much...! Madara and obito were exceptions as nobody knows NV secrets better than madara and obito's was an accident...! other clan members wouldn't even know about effects of senju DNA...!

I don't know where everyone is getting this idea from, we have never seen an Uchiha without Senju DNA use it. If they could why wouldn't any of the Uchiha use it against Itachi during the massacre? Or why wouldn't Itachi use it against Sasuke?

aside from wanting to die at sasukes hands he also wanted knew sasuke would eventually need and take his eyes a sealed eye is of no use to sasuke.
Also uchiha and senju are both descendant of the same man so they share some of the same dna so i gather having more of senju which has the body of the sage would increase there stamina thus the time it lasts

I get why Itachi didn't use it but why wouldn't the Uchiha clan use it when he was killing them?

And that scan does not prove anything, Obito can already see that he has Senju DNA in his arm. So when he says "he must have had Oro expirement to somehow make the tech last longer". When he says "somehow" it means he doesn't know. And he obviously sees the senju DNA on his arm, so he would have said "he must have had that DNA implanted on his arm to make it last longer."
