Tsunade wanted to send Naruto up face Pain head on even tho Pain wanted the Kyuubi! Naruto had no great feats then and she didn't even know if he mastered Sage mode yet. Why the hell was she screaming and crying for him to come rescue Konoha when they have hundreds of other shinobi? If Naruto came when Tsunade first demanded it, he would have had to fight a Pain not weakened by that super shinra tensei and would have been CAPTURED!

Tsunade wanted to send Naruto to the frontlines of the war right away and it took the other Kage to let her know how stupid she was. 'Nuff said.

Danzo wasn't an over emotional bitch so he did what was best for the Leaf whether it was morally right or wrong. They are ninja, everything can't be solved with rainbows and butterflies.

He stopped the Uchiha uprising which prevented endless bloodshed. Itachi was willing to do it so I don't see why ppl think it was so wrong. The Uchiha were criminals.

Danzo marked Sasuke as a missing non. Bitch Tsunade didn't do it because she's soft and felt sorry for Naruto. Standard protocol would have had Sasuke branded a criminal and hunted down a long time ago. Even Kakashi said so. By allowing Sasuke to run free, look how much shit happened. He is a criminal.

Danzo could have killed Sasuke if Karin wasn't there to heal him and if Danzo wasn't holding back because he thought he had to fight Tobi/Madara. People always try to call Danzo fodder. Lets not forget he is KAGE level.

In conclusion,

Tsunade has bad judgement and Danzo gets shit done.

Danzo deserved to be Hokage. He died without ever coming out of Hiruzen's shadow. He's the one underdog in the series who never got a chance to shine.

He was manipulating a foreign leader (Mifune) in the Gokage Conference..
He was working with Orochimaru at the time , Oro attacked the village
He just sat on the side while Hiruzen and many others were getting killed
He sat on the side while Pain destroyed the village
He worked with Hanzo , to eliminate the Akatsuki , who at that point were the good guys.


And also in intelligence : Tsunade > Danzo, hence why Jiraiya picked her.

Out of her and Danzo shes the more respected one.

Danzo was nothing but a petty individual who did all that was necessary to crawl his way to Hokage seat. When Pein was leveling the Village that guy was holed up in his office to wait for Tsunade to die so he can take over. Truly, all he did was for Konoha's interests. My ass. To be honest, it depends on what way you view Tsunade if you consider her a good Hokage or not.
Some of her decisions favored Naruto over the Hokage's main duty of protecting the village.

As for saying she's responsible for him returning from the mt. It is false. SHE TRIED, but failed in her attempt to call him back.
In all honesty, Kakkashi and Jirayia is responsible for Naruto's growth.
As for the good relationship with Sand, that is more because of Naruto's involvement with Gaara.
It really does seem like you are trying to credit Tsunade for things that wasn't because of her.

Either way, I do think Tsunade is better than Danzo. Danzo's way of thinking is corrupt in my eyes.

She Is Responsible for Naruto getting proper Training and Not Keeping him Locked up which Any other Kage would.
She is Also the One Who Sent Reinforcements to The Sand Village's Aid.
And Tsunade Sent a Toad to Mount Myōboku To Tell them to Send Naruto Back to the Village.

Why did she fail? Because of Danzo.. it does not downgrade that she sent someone to call Naruto.

Tsunade could've kept Naruto bind up in the village making recieve less experience and etc.. just like Danzo suggest. But instead she chose for him to get experience.
