Better Hokage: Tsunade or Danzo

Which one do you guys think is/would've been a better Hokage?

Tsunade:
- main reason Konoha won the Second war
- Creator of Medical ninjuts
- Trained medical ninjas
- Responsible for Naruto's growth
- Having a good alliance with the Sand
- Making the wise decision for calling Naruto back from MT. Moyaboku to fight against pain.

Danzo:

I'll let Danzo fans will this out. Since I'm not really into Danzo.

most of you might say Tsunade, and that's also probably true. but I enjoyed Danzo more as a hokage. so if I had to choose 1 hokage in Naruto, I would choose Danzo over Tsunade.
