When said biological results are obtained on a questionable test? absolutely. Ask any specialist -reason why not all DNA test are valid on court. There exists this little thing called "error margin" than any scientific must control and minimize to get the correct results-. U_U

Just because Suigetsu plays with the DNA tester machine this doesn´t mean the results he got validate the hypothesis they were trying to prove (A.K.A. Sarada is biologically related to Karin in fist degree of consanguinity). Especially when he is not sure if the control sample even belongs to Karin and he just supposed it does

Kishi is not gonna play a troll to fool us or anything. Because the damage of that dna testing is already done. So far your arguement is soley banked on Sakura's relation to Sasuke. What will you do when Kishi writes it in your face that the dna thing was actually legit?
