I never watch but read. And I never read OP. I read Bastard, Berserk, Naruto, Terraformars, Toriko, Akame Ga Kill, Area D, Seven Deadly Sin, R+V, FT, High School of the dead and DxD, Shin Megami Tensei, OPM, HxH, Dragon Ball/Z some of it.

But still I couldnt judge it on the basis of consensus but an opinion(personal).

For me best Written is subjective. One people find this female char is best written but other people think the same female character is not.
